They do offer gas for anxious patients, but most of all, they offered kindness and patience. Once the area was numb, the drilling, filling, and filing took less than 10 minutes. We spoke with Kaitlin (maybe Katelyn for spelling purposes) the office manager who said I, as the client had been a "no show" in the past. I and my children have never visited that office before but felt that because I previously had Medicaid and visited a local dental office, they had one my children's information. She then continued to say that they had a roster for future appointments that didn't have room to accommodate new patients due to only having one dental doctor. I informed this manager that I never visited their office and she continued to argue with me. I politely stated, "thank you for your time but I will find business elsewhere." That is when she hung up on me and my insurance agent. This business is disorganized, lacks communication and clearly has an office manager who dislikes her job and potential patients. Needless to say that filling (or small covering) fell off. Im guessing it didnt need to be there in the first place because my new dentist cant find where it went h said there is no cavity there. It's costing a bunch of money, which I've already paid for once. My mother-in-law quit going here because her fillings also weren't done properly and she was getting cavities under her fillings. I was hoping it would last longer but Doc did tell me a few years back that I was a teeth grinder which if left alone it would eventually start damaging existing teeth and maybe chipping others but I never did anything about it. So about 5 months ago I finally gave in and had him fit me for a night guard to help me with my snoring and teeth grinding and I'm only sorry I didn't get it done much sooner as I believe it would have saved some of my cracked teeth and the one that was chipped.I definitely sleep better at night with the guard (Silent Nite) and have found it to be a good investment. I also water pick my teeth now twice a day and keep up with my 6 mos visits.
