They do offer gas for anxious patients, but most of all, they offered kindness and patience. Once the area was numb, the drilling, filling, and filing took less than 10 minutes. I asked "for a cleaning"? I have been a patient of Dr. Norris for 20 years. Because I did not take particularly good care of…read moremy teeth when I was young, I've probably needed more work than the average person. Dr. Norris and his staff are friendly and professional, caring and compassionate. On occasion I have been in quite a bit of pain when I arrived at the office, and they have done everything they could to quickly relieve the pain and fix the problem. Scheduling generally runs very smoothly, and I have rarely sat in the waiting room more than 5 minutes before being taken back. I particularly appreciate Dr. Norris' conservative approach to treatment. I had been to another dentist, who always chose the most elaborate and expensive approach to treating any problem. Even when insurance paid for it and the money wasn't coming out of my pocket, I didn't appreciate being pushed into such extravagant treatment. In contrast, Dr. Norris will start with a more conservative approach, and move on to more elaborate treatment only if necessary. I am very pleased with the care and treatment I have received from Dr. Norris and his staff, and would not hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.
