The office itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. One thoughtful detail I especially appreciated was the television mounted on the ceiling above the dental chair, giving patients something to watch while lying back during treatment. Dr. Rizk performed a few additional tests and took the time to thoroughly explain his findings and recommendations. He was knowledgeable, patient, and professional, making me feel confident and well-informed throughout my visit. The entire team was equally courteous and attentive. They previously provided exceptional care for my husband's endodontic treatment, and he has always spoken highly of this practice. After experiencing it for myself, I can certainly see why. I went back there to see them and asked for the solution of my pain after started after the cleaning. They took x-ray again and just told me it is due to deep cleaning and it will go away within a week. but after almost total six week it did not go away completely but started last week very bad. So finally decided to visit Dr. Rajesh and find out what is going on for my upper left teeth. It was very easy to get the appointment quickly. They took my few x-rays for my teeth. Dr. Rajesh look came after the x-rays and look at the areas of my teeth pain and told me the root cause of the pain with confidence. Also suggest the treatment for this issue. They have very high tech laser machine which is very few dental clinics carries. Dr. Rajesh know the art of finding the root cause and precise treatment plan to get the patient out of pain with the best solution. After getting me to pay for something initially that my insurance didn't cover they did the procedure and low and behold there was something else that wasn't approved and I am supposed to come out of pocket for after the prior authorization went through stating they were covering everything but the thing I already paid for. Completely unprofessional and highly recommend not going here unless they give you clarification on line by line approval or you will get yourself a surprise bill. In the end my insurance company had to use another line code to cover the made up code to get it covered for something this office makes up.

Front desk employees are very nice and professional. As for the root canal procedure, it was painless and Dr. Mani was attentive and communication was good throughout. The only improvement I can think of is the TV screen where I was watching Netflix was too far back as I was lying down, and the headphones provided was too soft to drown out the sound of the drilling. All in all, it was a good experience. The only downside I can think of was that I had asked if they would send any difference in estimate/actual payment, and I was told yes. But I had to call in and provide all the documentation, but they immediately sent the difference back, which I appreciate. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do need another root canal in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return. I definitely recommend this office.
