I went back to get another pair the following year, but the lab made an error in the lens, so they had them remake them; And again they were not right! Imagine this! Doesn't tell the whole story…read more Brought in an elderly, totally deaf, autistic friend. AND he is also a real life recluse. Never leaves his house except to be driven to doc appointments. Always a challenge. Took 4 years to convince him to get his, what he believes are his perfect eyes, tested. Two ophthalmologists said they couldn't test him. Staff at this Visionworks was wonderful!! Front of store staff were both friendly and helpful Tech was obviously knowledgeable and quiteskilled, and very, VERY patient (Example: it took 4 tries to get his first eye lined up for a camera. First three time his ear was closer to the lens) The ophthalmologist was VERY professional. When I explained the situation he said it was not a problem. And after several attempts to get my friend to read the letters out loud, it wasn't!! He modified his exam so his patient could understand what to do. So now my friend knows he has advanced cataracts and also needs prescription glasses. In about 3 months I think I can persuade him to get glasses We will be back. This entire staff may not fully understand what their professionalism and patience means. Soon, because of their efforts, an elderly, multiply disabled man will experience a dramatically improved quality of life!!! Thank you'!!!!!
