But took back to vision works in highland Indiana on 1-18-2026. Showed to the receptionist at front desk she didn't know why spot was in lenses and looks to be on the inside of the lenses . So she told me to wait on the male named Bile . So once he looked at my glasses he told me in my opinion that my lenses in my glasses that I were all the time had been exposed to heat or has some how been heated up and that's why the lenses from the inside of the lense had formed a cloudish spot in the inside of the frame. Which was very insulting and dismissive of this young man with arrogance and unprofessional customer service. And told me I would have to see what the manger would say and that he believed my glasses that I keep in the vision works glass case that came with my glasses. And that I somehow caused the defect with in the middle of the interior of the lenses which clearly looks to be a defective with in the lenses . They made me feel like I was a burden to them and that my situation was insignificant. I couldn't believe how unprofessional and callous the staff member was. Sometimes i express an issue and I can see a disapproving look and agitation. So most times I after being asked how am I? I would just answer "ok" even though I wasn't. And she knew that. It was blamed on another condition. After months of visits she finally said the magic words.."I don't know". Was referred but she never checked to see how I was. I even called and was told by the techs/desk she would not see me until the other doctor saw and cleared me. Don't I as a patient have a choice? Not in this case. The new doctor is now treating this complication from surgery done. I just wished I was referred earlier than letting things worsen blaming it on pre-existing conditions. On the other hand, the office is nice and runs like clockwork to see you.
