We could not have been more wrong. When it became clear that we were going to have to hire someone to help us navigate a process characterized by information asymmetry and bad faith, we initially sought legal representation. Our builder had recommended that we speak with a public adjuster - who would be more knowledgeable about the nuances of property insurance claims. He had recommended that we reach out to IronClaim. IronClaim helped us navigate and understand a process that was foreign to us, fundamentally re-establishing information symmetry. They were supportive, professional, available to meet whenever we called, and walked every step of a difficult time with us.

After a…read moretree fell on our house from Hurricane Zeta, we contacted Insurance Adjusters of Georgia, who set us up with Friedman. Keri and Joshua came out the following day an accessed the damage. Since they had been contractors, themselves, they knew exactly what they were looking at. Our insurance company never sent out and adjuster, they just worked with Keri and Joshua, who made sure every possible repair and replacement was made. I never would have understood all the details that were a part of this claim.I had already selected a contractor who was recommended by a family member. Friedman worked very well with that contractor. My house was completely restored better than ever. I never spoke with my insurance company, Friedman handled it all. When dealing with a claim this large, a Public Adjuster is the smartest way to go and you cannot go wrong with Friedman and Associates.

From communication with them, to their quick response time, to them keeping us accurately posted thru a very difficult time in our lives, to their much needed assistance with our materials replacement supplier and our insurance company were all so very comforting and helpful every step of the way. Perhaps the best part of dealing with all of them was the feeling that they were truly concerned about what we went thru and did everything in their power to be as accommodating as possible from demolition to reconstruction. The end result is we couldn't be happier with the way our home turned out! For anyone who is or will be experiencing a problem such as or similar to the one we had, we absolutely, positively suggest you contact Remediation Group.
