The insurance company refused to pay me, and Public Adjuster Atlanta, wouldn't help. They basically made tens of thousands of dollars off of my claim, an I was at a deficit. When you try to hold them accountable to following up on your claim they make more excuses and blame their lack of follow up on everybody else. The way Lori comunicates with the insurance company and contractors is very unprofessional. After asking to be released from the contract they refused.
