They baited me in with their alluring promises, then cast me out and left me for the sharks. While they were dragging their feet to get repairs completed (with their contractors-they wouldn't let me get my own), they advised me that the insurance company had approved my extended stay in a local hotel. Thankfully, Precision Claims came highly recommended from several local real estate connections. The team at Precision did an intital roof inspection and discovered obvious wind and hail damage. They handled all correspondence with our insurance company on our behalf including negotiating to have our "entire" roof replacement covered when the insurance company originally denied it.
