    Back in June, I was rear ended by a State Farm (SF) insuree who admitted to "putting on her shoes…read morewhile driving/approaching a red light". I have dash cam footage and a police report. When I dropped my car off at the mechanic, I requested only OEM parts for repairs as my car is only 4 years old, low mileage, and in great condition. State Farm refused to cover repairs with OEM parts and instead would only cover aftermarket and/or "reconditioned" parts. All I wanted is for my car to be returned to its pre-existing condition, which doesn't include aftermarket parts. The State Farm manager I spoke to was EXTREMELY rude and had an attitude from the beginning. Aside from her attitude, she said they would not pay for OEM parts and that aftermarket is the same quality as OEM (lie). The mechanic even told me that they have had so many issues with aftermarket not fitting properly. The SF manager said I was made whole when State Farm admitted fault and agreed to pay for repairs with aftermarket parts - that it was my personal decision to have repairs made with OEM. Granted, I'm not a SF customer, but if they treated me this way, they will treat their customers this way. Now, I am liable for the cost difference because they wouldn't cover repairs to my car in full using OEM parts to get my car back to its pre-existing condition before their person got me. And throughout all of this, neither the driver nor SF has apologized.

    We were all on vacation in the Dominican Republic for eight days while at home a line to our Jack &…read moreJill bathroom toilet broke and flooded much of the top floor of our house as well as coming thru the ceiling of our kitchen and dining room downstairs. Returning home and seeing all that (as well as water dripping from our kitchen can lights) was certainly shocking to say the least. Remediation Group responded to our calls for help very quickly. From then on, a total of almost five months, they were nothing short of exceptional! From communication with them, to their quick response time, to them keeping us accurately posted thru a very difficult time in our lives, to their much needed assistance with our materials replacement supplier and our insurance company were all so very comforting and helpful every step of the way. Perhaps the best part of dealing with all of them was the feeling that they were truly concerned about what we went thru and did everything in their power to be as accommodating as possible from demolition to reconstruction. The end result is we couldn't be happier with the way our home turned out! For anyone who is or will be experiencing a problem such as or similar to the one we had, we absolutely, positively suggest you contact Remediation Group.

    Very poor accounting. In fact, the accountant sends lots of emails demanding payment , and…read moreoftentimes the amounts are incorrect. This case has invoices coming months after project completing AND an email asking about a payment ONE YEAR after the project was done. Unfortunately many condos get locked into certain companies and then that gives you no choice. Next time I'll live with the damage before i use this company again. I'd give zero stars if i could.
