From then on, a total of almost five months, they were nothing short of exceptional! This case has invoices coming months after project completing AND an email asking about a payment ONE YEAR after the project was done. Unfortunately many condos get locked into certain companies and then that gives you no choice. Next time I'll live with the damage before i use this company again. I'd give zero stars if i could.

It took several calls and texts to finally get a call back from my assigned adjuster. When he finally called me back, after many attempts, he was curt and rude. He stated that the staff were busy in Valdosta and he didn't have time to take my case. He also stated that State Farm is one of the worst companies to work with.
