literally don't come here. that's all i can say. they don't care about helping you whatsoever. i…read morewent here last year and struggled so hard to get them on the phone at any time of the day. i was never contacted when my contacts came in. they claim that i called and cancelled my "week contacts check in" appointment however i was never even told it was scheduled. they held onto my insurance info so i wasn't able to order contacts or glasses online with my insurance and had to pay out of pocket. whenever i did get them on the phone they would put me on a hold and never pick back up. i called in again yesterday just to ask if i can get my prescription info and i was put on hold for 16 mins. i hung up and called back just to have the girl immediately ask to put me on a hold again. i told her i didn't want to be put on hold as i was literally just waiting for 16 mins on hold and she tried to gaslight me saying i hadn't been on hold and that she was there the whole time and no one was on hold. My coworker literally was sitting there with me while i sat on hold and we just couldn't believe it. she was then extremely rude to me when she did pick up and again tried to gaslight me telling me the reason i didn't get my contacts was because i "called in and cancelled" which i didn't do. in fact how could i have if they didn't even answer their phones? she also tried to say they'd been having phone issues but "got them fixed." honestly this place is unprofessional and irresponsible and i would suggest giving anyone else your money besides them.
