By this time, I had already successfully treated the issue using natural remedies due to the long delay. 12/10 (Current Date): After calling the office, I learned that the trial contacts were never ordered at all. This lack of action has left me without necessary contacts. An order is supposedly being placed today. Key Concerns: Failure to Order Trials: The primary issue is the repeated failure to order my trial contact lenses, which has severely impacted my ability to obtain my new prescription. Poor Communication: There was a nearly four-week delay in calling in a necessary medical prescription. Furthermore, the office staff rarely answers the phone, making follow-up difficult.
