These employees have been there long enough to know how estimates should be figured. Yet they lowball to get you to sign off on the surgery. After surgery I get another bill for 800 plus. There were no problems with my surgery to cause extra charges. Really bad business practices. If you have the option to use another place? Go there instead of here. The business office is inept. Incapable of treating people fairly. So deceptive. They are in no way being upfront with their patients about cost of services. Evidently their company thinks that is fine and encourages it. I have no problem paying my bill. I just expect West Texas Eye Assoc to be upfront about charges form the beginning. Oh and if you tune in to people talking in the waiting area, it's always packed.
