Avoid this salon at all costs. I gave them three chances, and each time was a…read moredisappointment--something I've never experienced anywhere else. I brought in a photo of exactly what I wanted and even called ahead to confirm. The first stylist completely ignored my request. I told her during the appointment that it wasn't what we discussed, but nothing changed. I woke up the next morning--two days before my wedding--still hating my hair. I called the manager right at 9 AM to ask if someone could fix it before the big day. The stylist had promised a dark color, but it came out completely wrong. I wasn't able to get in until the following Monday, after my wedding. The manager did a much better job, but it still wasn't what I originally asked for. I then spoke with the owner, and that's when things truly went downhill. She was incredibly rude and dismissive, telling me I was just "an unhappy customer who can never be satisfied." I had visible dye stains on my forehead and cheek, and my hair looked nothing like the photo I provided. I even had a bald spot, which I documented in photos. After seeing the pictures, the owner agreed to issue a refund. But when I asked when I could come in to receive it, she said she'd "make an appointment." I followed up for two days asking what time worked for her, and she replied that she's only in the salon one day a month and I needed to be patient. Her tone in the messages was just as rude as she was on the phone. Bottom line: the owner is the rudest I've ever dealt with, and the stylists need serious improvement. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

One of the rudest, most unprofessional "stylist" out there…read more First time I come in, Jess let me know an hour before my scheduled appointment that another stylist would be doing my hair. First mistake. She did not know what she was doing, she was calling Jess on how to proceed on coloring my hair. She left an orange ring on my head.. My hair is dark brown/black and I wanted a brown violet/red. I lost 3 hours during my first visit because I was told to come back another day so Jess could do it herself. .. I don't understand why she wasn't there the first time Fast forward I come back on a Friday. To be there from noon all the way up until 8pm. Yes. 9+ hrs The process was never explained to me until after she messed up and I had to come back a third time. Jess left around 4 pm to get chick fil a and left me in a chair for over an hour. She finishes at 8 pm - charges me 400+ 2 days later.. my hair looks like a hot Cheeto. I texted Jess to let her know I need to come back and she stalls!!! She kept pushing the time. Saying she was only free after 9 am, then saying 8 am was good. She ends up getting there after 10 am. I also brought a close friend who she rudely shut down and told her she wouldn't be speaking to. When I brought her because I needed the support. She sits me down and dyes my hair. Has me sign a liability waiver and doesn't blow dry or straighten my hair bc I had to step away to take a work call and I come back and she's with another client- she never said sit down I'll have another lady do it- no, she completely ignores me This lady has known my family for years.. I once admired her work ethic and how she treated others!! @salon blu, you lost me as a customer and my family of 6 who would come to you for every single need. You should be ashamed of yourself. Ladies if y'all need someone who's going to to respect your time and hair pls look elsewhere. The amount of tears, money, & hair I've lost throughout this process was not worth it and I don't wish it upon anyone else. Look elsewhere!!
