This mall has a lot of stores, you can find anything you need if you're looking for clothes. I would say though a lot of the vendors that have their little stands in the middle of the isle can kind of be rude trying to get you to buy their stuff. This girl was selling lip plumbers and tried to convince me to get lip fillers. But the guys who clean shoes are nice. When they clean my shoes and I don't buy anything I still tip them. The food court, don't eat there. All you need to do it go on tik tok and type in Visalia mall and there was a mouse running around the food court. My favorite store to go in is aeri they are always so nice and helpful. If you go in Hollister, make sure to bring a flash light and ear plugs it's so dark and the music is always loud. read more

I was recently in the VISALIA fair Mall and noticed that no one was in line to take a picture with Santa Claus. After a closer review it was kind of obvious. $35-$45 to have a picture taken with Santa and get a few digital photos. That is completely shameful. The mall itself has been around forever and evolves and keeps on going. There is plenty of parking available and the store selection is fairly good. What I don't understand is retail stores are having a difficult time with retail sales. It is sad to see a child walk by Santa Claus and the parents keep on walking because they see the $40 price tag. It seems with this many merchants that could be addressed. I'm not in favor of people getting free stuff which has become so common these days. But a picture with Santa Claus shouldn't cost $40 dollars that is Ridiculous and a little bit greedy. read more

Visiting from out of town, I was happy to see a mall in this small town. It's a decent mall with a lot of brand name stores. It's at a good location, and definitely a nice spot to browse around. Everything seemed well kept, including the bathrooms. read more

No me gusta. Though this mall gets plenty of traffic, the stores are limited. Selection within these stores is limited compared to other malls too. The food court has typical fast food options: DQ, McDonald's, hot dogs, Sbarro, Chinese food. Customer service is lacking. Walk into Hollister, and you'll have a hard time finding an employee manning the fitting room, and you will not be greeted at the cash register. Rude! Walk into Victoria's Secret, and you might just find 2 associates at the front of the store socializing with each other as handfuls of people are milling around. Let's be honest, this mall has an incredible selection of stores for a town the size of Visalia. Major stores are Macy's, JCPenney, and Old Navy (Sears is down the street at the dead Sequoia Mall). Other major stores include American Eagle, Hollister, a small Forever 21, Express, Victorias Secret, G by Guess, Build a Bear, Aeropostale, Foot Locker, Hot Topic, Bath & Body Works, and more! Lot's of other towns the size of Visalia would be very lucky to have a mall like this, there's hardly any empty storefronts. The food court is pretty great too- it has something for everyone, although it's pretty sad that DQ closed all their stores in the valley. Other dining options include Red Robin, Blaze Pizza, Starbucks, See's Candies, and Auntie Annes. I'm sure this mall attracts people from Hanford as well, because the Hanford Mall is dying fast. Another bonus- it's less than 20 minutes away from the Tulare Outlets. read more

On September 17 2021 at 7:35pm I went to yogurt land, no yogurts were working except for mango and plain. All the fruits were rotten, I told one of the short girls with glasses and she laughed then rolled her eyes at me, she told the other girl that I was saying they were rotten and they both started laughing and mumbling stuff. Once you've experienced the nicer malls, restaurants, or anything in general, you develop a particular standard and certain expectations. As much as I want to downgrade Visalia, I'll take a few things into consideration. When I was younger, Visalia Mall and Hanford Mall were the main South Valley shopping areas that people went to. Both were great in their own respect, but from reading my rather short but honest review of the Hanford Mall, you can tell that the Visalia Mall is the one that has remained strong throughout the years. A lot of people still flock to shop here. There used to be many more carts in the middle of the isles selling a variety of miscellaneous items like customized necklaces, watches, shirts, cellphone parts, and toys. Today, it's focused more on services and has been replaced with more department stores. The selection of stores aren't that great, but there's a JcPenney's, Hollister, Forever 21, Express, PacSun, Metal Mulisha, Old Navy, and Macy's here among other places. Foot Locker has been here forever; I remember when I bought my first pair of snakeskin sneakers from this particular branch years ago. Today, the selection isn't as unique but the store still gets a lot of attention. The outlets are rather typical, but again, it's the only South Valley mall worth visiting if you can't make your way to Fresno. The food court selection isn't that great, so I suggest going elsewhere to eat in Visalia. Downtown is a good spot. In addition, it's usually crowded with a lot of people who aren't even eating -- just hanging out and hogging a table. It's interesting to note that the managing corporation of this mall is General Growth Properties (GGP), which is responsible for a lot of upper-class malls around the country. I'm not saying Visalia Mall is getting a Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Ave. anytime soon, but who knows, that might be what the place needs to stay strong. read more

My goodness I can't stand coming to the mall, it all starts in the parking lots. People just don't care that a "car" can "run you over" or vice versa. It's crazy to see how insane people get when they're at the mall. They either don't stop or "don't care" for that matter when you're walking towards the mall from a stop sign they blow through, or when you're trying to leave your parking spot and people don't stop and keep walking right behind your vehicle even though they see you backing up. The shops here are just "meh" the food court is the best part, and that's not really saying much. They've taken almost everything good out except for the pizza place and the Chinese restaurant, once they took our Orange Julius "they were dead to me." The mall isn't how malls used to be, they're just over run with youth who's trying to find the next fashion trend, families trying to get out of the heat, or people like myself who want to get some kind of food they can only find at one place.. even though they don't want to be there in the first place. I try to avoid this place as much as possible.. but.. sadly enough. It always sucks you back in. read more

I don't have anything negative regarding the mall. The mall is nestled in the town of Visalia. The day I went of, course​ was a bit busy because of last minute Christmas shopping. The mall consists​​t of most of the major store outlets, Victoria Secrets, Hollister, Penny's Macys, Bath & Body and more. There's also a food court but I can't recall all the food vendors there. Wow just had the worst pictures with Santa experience. We were the fifth or sixth family in line and it took an hour to get to Santa. The venue itself was in a terrible spot, there was very little room around the staging area. Shoppers in the mall were bottlenecked getting past the families waiting in line, making us feel like we were in the way. The girl who snapped the pics was super flustered and disorganized. she never really gave any direction to Molly and just snapped a few shots really quick. The first pic was Santa trying to tell Molly to cross her feet, The second was Molly concentrating on her feet and the third is Santa Double-checking the feet. When we asked if we could get a shot of Molly hugging Santa she shot that one off before we could get Molly into place. when we asked for a re-do she said she's not allowed to do more than 4 shots due to the line. WTF! Whatever. By this time we were all hungry and ready to go. So instead of just leaving as we should have we just paid our money and waited for the digital files to come in. Guess what. they suck. The whites are clipped and the highlights are blown out. Since these are low-quality jpegs there is only so much I can do with these. If you are in the Visalia area DO NOT go to Visalia Mall for Santa Pics. NOT WORTH IT. read more

As far as malls go this place is really nice. Clean spacious and oh so many choices. We actually went in so that we could just take a walk indoors and we found it to be quite Pleasant. The food court is huge with many choices and as you walk around the mall there's so many vendors that are in the hallways outside the stores then it really doubles the choices of products you can find and enjoy. Whether you're looking for bling or to get a crack screen on your iPhone fixed or to go to pennies or Macy's or to get a new hat or dress or anything in between it seems there are enough shops to choose from that everyone can find some favorites. Anyway it's worth a walkthrough for anybody who wants to take a walk and with the easy parking there is a parking structure just beside this place what can you ask for? For a mall in Visalia, it is okay. There are the normal shops, but nothing too out of the ordinary. All of your big name brands without anything fancy. It could definitely use a few more popular shops and another big department store, and the dining area desperately needs a healthy option. read more

Overall, this mall is very sad. It doesn't have very many stores I like. It's missing Forever 21, Nordstrom, Sephora (a real one),and Urban Outfitters to name a few. A small city mall situated along Mooney Boulevard. The mall is surrounded by parking areas and even has its own parking structure. The mall is set up like a square with arms trailing off to the parking lot and two large stores connected to it. This mall has your typical clothes stores, from Macy's to Hot Topic. My main gripe with this mall is the lack of variety. Unless you are here to browse for clothes, there isn't much else to look at besides food or some nicknack shops such as Hallmark. There used to be a KB toys, a Gamestop, a Barnes and Nobel, and an FYE, but all of them are gone (blame the economy). The food court is okay to say the least. Remember to lock your vehicle. Per usual, this place is busy around the holiday times. If you are from out of town, don't get your hopes up over this place. This place caters to people of the surrounding area. read more

Went to Macy's today. Found some clothes to try on. Went to the fitting room and thought it was a .. coed.. fitting room. There was a young man and a young lady in one of the fitting rooms! They were laughing and giggling. When I went to purchase the items... I asked the cashier...."does Macy's now have coed fitting rooms?... The clerk said no... and went directly into the fitting room. The young man came out. Am so surprised that Macy's won't hire enough people to supervise their fitting rooms. Too bad. read more

I have to agree, this mall is really quite small. I got through it in less than an hour all around. Food court has limited choices (but there is a Sbarro and Charley's) and store selection is typical of any mall across America (i.e. Bath and Body Works, Victoria's Secret, JC Penney Co., etc.). Walking through here, I got the feeling that if one of the anchor department stores closes down (in recent news reports, it could possibly be Gottschalks unless they reorganize), I think the whole mall could go down too. read more

They have some really good stores and I don't mind the drive since I live in Tulare. There are a few empty buildings but I like to think of them as new opportunities and I can't wait to see what stores we get next. Parking can be good or bad, it just depends on which lot you're in. They do have a 3 or 4 story parking garage but it's towards the back so you may not see it at first. Also pull out cash before hand if you don't want to pay $5 to use the ATM. read more

Very bad customer service at the CLINIQUE cosmetic counter. Went for a simple return and try a new product. + had e-receipt in the box and what i expected to be a quick exchange turned to be ridiculous amount of waiting because the cosmetic chick lost the box. Worst of all handled the situation in the most unprofessional manner. Oh and some counters were left unattended because girls had gone who knows where. Completely dissatisfied... This mall is alwalys changing with new stores and a variety of different kiosks. It recently got a cool new kiosk that let's people charge there phones for free, and get money for old phones. Parking is better in the back by the food court. Never go to this mall on a Sunday it gets jam packed. read more
