Do not waste your hard earned dollars on this low quality and inconsistent real estate photography company. It took a week to get back suitable enough photos to put in MLS. At every turn, from the unfiltered and unedited amateur photography to the lame "Customer Service" who are closed on weekends, I was given back photos with such dark unedited images, ones that looked like black mold on the walls. Each time they so called edited them, they continued to send back unedited. When they did return them the virtual photography was so bland, as to appear in B&W. Today, after 1 week from the shoot, I was sent photos in random order with some missing. Horrible CSR and a no caring company , only to take your money.. I hope they go out of business soon. read more

If I could give a zero star I would! Realtors beware in Las Vegas NV... Don't know what has happened with the management and photographers at this place but do yourself a favor and do not use them unless you want below grade zero results. An amateur can take better photos! I've been using them for 10 years and until yesterday all was great. I hired them to do a twilight photo shoot and 3D tour for one of my million dollar listings in lake Las Vegas and the photographer not only had attitude but was taking pictures of my sellers photos on the walls, their artwork, bathroom sink, focusing on granite and kitchen table, half ass picture of the pool, couldn't even take a full picture of pool, front view has the neighbor's home in it also. I have used this company for years. Disappointed to say I'll be looking for other companies for my real estate needs. There are a million photographers to choose from and this company wants to nickel and dime agents when their photographers deliver crap photos. The weather was pouring rain and instead of offering to reschedule or create a plan, they shoot the listing and the photos are terrible. read more

My real estate agent contracted this company to shoot our home. The guy then sent was very weird! He was rude and made some pretty inappropriate comments to us. He insisted we go upstairs when he's shooting downstairs and vice versa for the upstairs. He moved my tv in the master without my permission and pulled out my locked optical cable damaging the connector to the tv! He saw the cat litter box and became paranoid the cat would follow him and/or attack him! He insisted I turn off the tv when he was shooting the backyard ! WTF? This misanthrope was the complete antithesis of our previous photographer experience with our previous realtor who was much more friendly, professional and used better equipment including a drone for overhead shots! I don't know where they found these clowns but I can see why they have the 2 star rating they have! read more

As a Real estate agent, I have given this company way too many chances. They can never get the exposure right & the coloring looks way off. Then they tell me I need to send in photographs so they can get the color correct. Other times, they have forgotten to photograph rooms & have to send photographer back out. And when you get customer service & ask to speak to a supervisor, they are always in a "meeting" which is just a way to have to not get them on the phone. Go with a company like iMoto or similar instead. read more

People are so weird. One of the negative reviews is from Las Vegas! I know it's a national brand, but this is Denver, lady! At least find the right branch to trash if you're going to bother to post a negative review. Geez! Virtuance (in Colorado at least) is TERRIFIC! They've taken outstanding pictures of our house in Parker, and we got full price almost immediately. I do recommend staging for anything you want to sell and high quality photography from professionals. They showed up on time, took excellent photos (I've been in television for 20 years and they we're far superior to the ones I took myself), and delivered as promised. There will always be crabby people who take the time to post, but check out the reviews on the Virtuance.com website if you want a more accurate idea of the work they do around the country. My sister and mother are realtors and they ONLY use Virtuance for their photos. I would DEFINITELY use them again, and I'm recommending them today to a good friend of mine. Enough said. read more

This is the worse photographer platform. They are using random photographer that would sign up with them. Anybody that is not a photographer can sign up as long as they have a camera! They took my listing picture with the front glass double door half open. When I complained, the photographer told the customer service that the onside contact ask her to have the glass door half open! The customer service believed that and not willing to correct their mistake. The truth is : this is a vacant house and the seller has left the state a week ago. There is nobody there that would have asked her to have the door open. Pictures don't look good. It is as good as when I took them with my iPhone 8. Fyi real estate agents. all is good with this company so long as you never ask them to correct their mistakes. I just had a very expensive tour done for one of my very high end listings and the photos are absolutely unacceptable and horrible, they are dark and distorted colors! the entire home is in very pale grey and white colors and the pictures are beige and dark, also they look like they were taken from an amateur's camera! absolutely unacceptable and they would not correct it, they wanted me to pay again. go to the link and see for yourself what poor quality they did: 23 contrada fiore dr, henderson, nv 89011 there are other options out there and I think I will be using them from now on.
