I am not an average review writer, as I only do it when I feel blown away from service. Robert Blase is incredible. After meeting some other Realtors that I was not impressed by; Robert Blase was recommended to me from a source I trust greatly, and I was told he was a people pleaser. I didn't realize how incredibly accurate that was. From the first phone call, Robert exudes professionalism and kindness unparalleled. He set up time to meet myself and my husband the very next day after I called. He met us at our preferred meeting place and my husband, too was profoundly impressed by Roberts personality. Robert makes you his priority; he is always on top of his phone, and consistently answers questions within minutes of the question. As first time home owners we really needed that. He found out my preferred method of contact whether it be calls, emails, or text messages. He is extremely flexible with scheduling home tours. I don't get off of work till close to 6:30pm; and Robert had no issue taking us out to see homes even close to 8:00pm. One thing I loved the most about my experience with Robert, is he is incredibly empathetic, and gets to know his clients on a personal level. Towards the end of our three month journey with him, he knew whether a home is something we would love or not. He would go "preview" homes for us that were far away, to make sure it was something worth our time. Robert brings an edge to the market that is extremely competitive. With his background in lending he has a very thorough knowledge of lending requirements and he's great at gathering estimations to tell what the property MIGHT appraise at. I emphasize might because he can make no guarantees of course, but I'll tell you from experience he is generally very close. To conclude, Robert is an astonishing Realtor, who brings professionalism and expertise to every meeting. I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert Blase from Lux. Denver on purchasing my first home. I met Robert during my lunch break to discuss my search parameters and 3 hours later we were touring a house. 48 hours later I ended up going under contract on that house. Robert was instrumental in helping me get the home under contract as he wrote personalized letter to the seller on my behalf and put together a very competitive offer/contract while still making sure I was protected from a financial standpoint. He walked me through the inspection process and put me in touch with a few lenders and inspectors that he has worked with in the past. I ended up working with a couple people he recommended and couldn't have been happier with the services they provided. After the inspection, Robert helped me put together a retrade offer to get some deferred maintenance and other issues cleared up prior to closing, most notably negotiating a new roof and sizable repair credit. I ended up closing on the house in 30 days. I was very impressed by his attention to detail and drive to help me get the deal closed. It was clear that he was looking out for my best interests throughout the contract, not just trying to get another commission which was very reassuring. There were multiple instances where he was putting together contracts and revising addenda late at night on weekends to ensure the contract stayed on schedule. Robert Blase is the most wonderful Realtor that anyone could have!! I will recommend him to everyone. My husband met him on a plane coming home from a business trip 2 years ago and told him we were interested in buying a house but we were in the middle of a short sale in Michigan so it would be a while before we were ready to purchase a home. I contacted LUX Denver when my house went into foreclosure. Due to my ignorance of the procedure, I put myself behind the eight ball by trying to save it. I'm a disabled Veteran, with a bad back and Robert Blase went above and beyond getting my house sold. He took over and spoke directly with the V.A.. He got my mortgage company to HOLD my house in their SHORT SALE department and set it up where I received all the money. I have never heard of that being done. We rented a spot right across from Coors Field to enjoy a weekend for the NHL Stadium Series of Wings vs. Avs-Nate Bockus took the best care of us from start to finish. An issue with the first unit we had reserved caused distress but Nate worked quickly to resolve. The directions provided were perfect and made the check in/out process go smoothly.
