Signed a contract with me offering to give me 10% of her commissions in exchange for the loans..THIS IS ILLEGAL...what is furthermore is that she didn't tell Sotheby's about the contract and Liv Sotheby's name is on the contract 6 times. When dropping off the earnest check they have envelopes with clean pens to drop off to limit numbers in the actual office. They require wearing a mask when in office at all times and have hand sanitizer in the main area and each closing room. Each closing room has a screen between buyers (or sellers) and the First American employee. For the closing we were offered bottled water and given a clean pen for signing. It was a wonderful experience and made the title paperwork for our biggest investment a great experience.
