The second agent did not properly conduct the background check and as a result, we had to terminate the lease after 4 months. Both agents were female. I cannot recommend Corcoran Perry to anyone. We suffered extreme loss of rental income and the agent relied on a personal recommendation and never contacted the renters previous landlord. The renters caused us great distress, ultimately resulting in a lawsuit threats from the renters, damage to our home, and loss of 8 months rent.
