I spent about $120 and I nailed the grab each time (and I know the tricks and tap methods), but the machine settings, how much plushies are in the machine (very sparse), and the location of where they're originally set are all very much against you. Frankly, your date or your kid will not have a fun time playing the crane game at this location! With that said, they have a great selection of arcade and rhythm machines. My go to is Pump It Up and it's in great condition. I only wish the volume was just a tad higher, just a little since I don't want to go deaf, but it's definitely set too low. They of course have a selection of carnival type games, and who doesn't like playing Mario Kart or Skee Ball? I mean there's lots to do here, but everything's on the pricier side and I say that as a former New Yorker where everything is more expensive (except our Round1s). If this spot adjusts the claw machines and also make sure they're always full of stuffies, it would be a no brainer to make the trip here often, otherwise there are a lot of alternative arcades and dedicated claw game stores in Houston.

Syd told me that this is just a testing mule to see if this concept works for future Sword and Superheroes locations. To put into perspective to where this is, reset your odometer and give it 5 miles from Deerbrook Mall, 10 miles from Beltway 8/ 59 North and a million miles from a care in the world once you've immersed yourself in here. Once you land on North Park Drive you should drive down about two miles heading East until you see a Napa Auto Parts, it's directly across the street from that. Parking is tiny, there are about 6 spaces in the front, but additional spaces on the left side. Once inside you will probably run into Syd who is running the business and will go great measures to make sure you are accommodated and your questions answered. Do you like Pinball? There are three machines right in the lobby as you enter and one video pinball with 150 games programmed into it, to the left there you will see about 8 cabinets of multi arcade games which should satisfy all of your childhood memories and keep you busy while not worrying about any quarters to lose.
