I got the combination platter with the chile relleno, taco, an enchilada verde I believe. It was combination #3. The food was delivered quickly. The platter itself was large and I was not able to eat all of it, but it was pretty good. The chips and salsa I got for in place of the beans were ok, but you could tell that the salsa seemed to be store bought and served. That's my only complaint and it's minor. The service was superb! We didn't have to wait for drink refills or anything. The ambiance gives a very homey fill, which I like. I'll be back!

I ordered dessert, 2 scoops of ice cream, I finished and had to use the restroom so I go, when I return to the dining room, A CUSTOMER, most likely a regular customer, points at me and says, "HERE HE IS!" It was apparent at this point that the server had been talking about me with this customer and the manager. I step to the counter, pay my check and walk out of the restaurant, where THE MANAGER IS OUTSIDE WAITING FOR ME. I can't make this up. He says to me, "You need to go back and pay for your food!" I say to him, "I did pay, you should check with your server." He doesn't believe me and demands that I "go back inside to verify that I paid." No Sir, I won't be going back inside, I just told you I paid, go check with your server. Why would I walk out of a camera filled restaurant and store on a $13 ticket? I also mention the fact that HE,the manager PAID for my dessert, "because we thought you walked out", that's a direct quote from the server. This goes on for a few mins and although I mention the above, he's still demanding that I go back inside with him. Finally, I WALK AWAY TO MY VEHICLE AND HE FOLLOWS ME. WTH? This situation had danger written all over it. I've since reached out to the corporate headquarters. NO RESTAURANT has a policy that says if you suspect theft to follow the customer. This was a clear case of profiling and I don't appreciate it all. The mindset of some continues to amaze me. Needless to say, I'll never be back.

The portion was generous, the gravy was rich and comforting, and the prime rib was tender and flavorful. Even the iced tea was excellent, which is always a good sign that a place pays attention to the little things. After dinner I tried a slice of Boston crème pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and it was the perfect finish. What really pushed this place over the top though was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They treated me like a regular who had been coming in for years, even though it was my first time in town. And the value?
