I received a call to set up and estimate within ten minutes of submitting the online form. Without naming names, there are several fences companies in the area that I literally still haven't heard back from. Jeff came out and measured for our fence and discussed fencing options, he was exceptionally helpful and informative. He provides a nice packet providing you were current information regarding their certifications, insurance and bonding. After reviewing our fence plan, we decided to make a few changes, in fact this decision came even after materials for our fence were ordered. There was no hassle whatsoever in ordering the extra/different material. The Prestige team promptly changed the site plan to reflect the changes and supplied us with all the info needed to immediately submit our plans to our Home Owners Association. Prestige's construction crew started the project and finished the project on time. The gentlemen were in our yard for two and a half days. Each day they arrived and left promptly, answered any questions and addressed any concerns I had and left a tidy work site. They constructed a high-quality, level fence on our partially wooded and uneven lot. The gentlemen were exceptionally careful when stretching the garden wire across the split rail to keep our bird dog inside his fence. There are no gaps and absolutely zero clearance between the wire and the ground-- no temptations for the pooch. Without a doubt we would recommend their services and will be returning to prestige with deck work in the future.

The deck has failed miserably! After 11years, the pressure treated wood has rotted, it is not safe. We are just waiting for our building permit and the stairs and deck will be replaced, but not Prestige! The actually offered nothing as far as a warranty or even a break on a rebuild! I was told by Alex, if they replaced the failure of the installations they have done, the company would go bankrupt! Now, not all the decks and other structures they have done have failed as horribly as ours. They did offer me an estimate to do a new deck, my answer was no even though they cheaper than the company we are using! Alex also told me it was not his companies fault but the government because the arsenic was removed from pressure treated wood. H e did fail mention that the grade of wood that was used was not not premium wood. They used cheaper wood but still charge for a superior product, that is the only explanation for such a horrible failure. They should have offered to replace the structure at their cost if they cared at all about customer service. And no, we didn't count on it the replacement being paid for, we are completely prepared to cover the cost!

I was joking with him that when I saw his number at 6:30PM the night before the job was to start, I was fairly worried that he was calling to push the start date. Nope. Just calling to let me know he would be on-time and that we were all set. With regard to the project, we asked Brandan and his team to install cast acrylic (Lucite) banisters together with newels and railing he thought most appropriate for our split-level entry. First of all, he picked the perfect items for the look we were seeking to create. Secondly, the entire team was kind, professional and worked diligently to finish the project on the same day as promised. Most notably, the quality of workmanship is absolutely outstanding. My sole regret is that I cannot find more contractors with the character and quality offered by Stairs by Rogers.

Tony was very honest and transparent about what we needed, what we might need when the deck boards were taken up, and what we could skip to save money. At no point did we feel like Tony was trying to upsell us or make us spend more money than necessary. I've never had such an honest experience with a salesman. Once Tony left, it was clear we wanted to use 9hammers for our deck remodel. When it came time to do the project, the work was quick and the quality was unreal. July 2020, we had a violent storm with…read moremicro-bursts blow through with very high winds, hail, rain, etc... that sent a tree limb through our roof. The insurance adjuster was, very poor, at best. No in-house inspectors sent. Using third party inspectors, they failed to even see a majority of the damage. This went on for about 9 months. 9Hammers was very involved in getting the re-inspections done when the third party inspection reports came back without noting the scope of the damage, and the current condition of the roof. 9Hammers was finally able to perform an inspection with the 3rd party inspector. Several more emails back and forth to ensure the repairs were done properly, and we now have the repair completed, 11 months after the damage occurred. Had it not been for 9Hammers, we would have had a repair completed that would have no warranty, along with a hole left in the sheathing. Ray and Chuck were very professional. Having been on the CC line to the emails to the adjuster, they were also very professional with the insurance company, despite the "shenanigans" the insurance adjuster was pulling. I do not know how they stayed so patient throughout this process. I highly recommend them for any roof work, and will also be using them when it is time to redo our decks. I filled out the online form and within a few hours, Lisa contacted me. Cliff came out to look at the space within a few days. I was so impressed with his knowledge (permits, codes, expectations, etc.) and what we would need to do in order to make everything work. We loved the deck design he came up with and were excited they could fit us in before the end of the season. They only have one crew, so we did have to wait a few months until they started. Cliff kept us up-to-date on the start time and what to expect on weekly (or more than weekly) basis. We were so happy with the quality of craftsmanship and the friendliness of the crew, I can understand why they only have one crew. Cliff is on-site for (and assisting with) the build.
