However, it took a while before anyone came to our table. Two younger waitresses were standing in the back talking with someone they appeared to know, and after about 15 minutes, another staff member finally asked if we had been helped. When I told her we hadn't, she immediately took our drink and food orders. The atmosphere was pleasant and family-friendly, with a relaxed vibe. Once our waitress took over, she was amazing--attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. It was well worth the visit, and I'm so glad I found the place again. I'll definitely be making a trip back!

He would not and said he was too busy, although there was nobody else in the store, and basically called me a liar and told me I could take my business elsewhere. He says he has been in business for 35 years and doesn't make mistakes (amazing in 35 years, not ONE mistake). You would think that in 35 years, he would know how to treat a new customer who just spent over $450 in two days. The fact that he would not acknowledge that there could have been a mistake and refused to re-total the wines I purchased tells me something about the operation. He may have gotten my $60, but it will be the last time I purchase anything at Vintage Wines in Harrisonburg.
