This is a very well stocked and well organized grocery store. The staff is always friendly and helpful if you're loo for a specific item. Unlike many grocery stores, they have both self service (if you're in a hurry) as well as full service cashiers. The produce section is especially nice with both the selection and quality of their produce. This is definitely my go to place for groceries!

They had white zifandel which I learned was created by Sutter Homes by stopping the fermentation process early, which leaves a natural sweetness to the grapes. It was done accidentally, but turned out good!! That was cool. There were dessert wines, non alcoholic beverages, red wines, merlot, chardonnay, white wine, other beverages, and more. It's like wine Heaven! The store is clean, well lit, and organized. The staff was helpful. They also have a rewards program. You can get the app to receive discounts and points. I am an Uber driver and briefly pulled into the curbside pickup area while completing a pickup. An employee named Lucy approached me in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. She raised her voice, pointed her finger at me, and told me I would be "banned" for parking there. While I immediately moved my vehicle once informed of the policy, the way she communicated was very confrontational and felt threatening. Afterward, I asked to speak with a manager about the interaction. I was directed inside, where I spoke with a manager who confirmed the curbside policy regarding Uber drivers. My concern was not the policy itself, but the employee's tone, body language, and overall behavior. I also noticed that shortly after this interaction, a white male driver pulled into the same curbside area and did not appear to receive the same treatment or confrontation. As a Black woman, this raised concern for me and left me feeling uncomfortable about whether there may have been unequal or biased treatment in how the situation was handled. I am also a regular customer at Total Wine & More, and I was disappointed by this experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately so all customers and drivers are treated with respect and consistency.

However the area is sketch. I visited them during the day and would not do so after dark. The lot is huge and overall pretty clean with debris on the peripheral area. This was super and I did get help locating a Knob Creek 12 year bottle of bourbon, The store is spread out and clean. A lot of bare shelves was odd. The bourbon section was nice size but missing items. That's also odd when they got their truck same day. The store is split between the liquor store and a regional ABC office. I'm not exactly sure what they do as HQ is in Richmond. Checkout was smooth on my card and a touch less transaction. The staff had mask and cleaned the area before I was served.
