The only reason I left them, was due to Ebox no longer offering Cable connections in my area. While there was a bit of confusion in the end-of-service procedures, they were very understanding and ensured fair outcome. Again, I really liked their service, and would return to them if they came back to my area of Mississauga (they still service other parts of the city)

I called them once as my download speed degraded, but it was addressed rapidly: the cable company had some works in my area and Altima used this cable service. I had good and reliable performance. Billing was straightforward, no explanation needed. It's true that I don't have phone service with them, besides Wi-Fi calling.

The strength of the single was not what we were told it was going to be and it was never corrected for what we were paying for. Fast forward a few months when a better deal came by from an alternative provider and things turned nasty. They were not willing to accommodate for anything and when I told them I was changing they made everything impossible. Even trying to contact them. I was a little behind retuning their modem and they then refused to give us our deposit back. AVIOD THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
