The people who were playing seemed to be enjoying it. Friendly staff, I bought some deck protectors and chatted about Pokemon in the US and the differences playing in Canada.

I've been in a LOT of game stores across Canada and the Northeastern US, and this may have been the cleanest and most well organized. Easy to get to via subway/metro at the Green line Pie-IX stop (short walk) although not in the main downtown tourist core. I looked around for a long time in this store and they do have a lot of classic video games. The prices were just OK but since this seems to be a locally-owned mom-and-pop type store, perhaps the owner will haggle. Pro tip: Walk in under the door that says "Friperie" and go to the back, then make a right turn. The dollar store in this same strip mall ("Village des Magi Prix") is pretty good as well, if a bit run down.
