I suggest going when they have special deals because you can get 30% more money back for a recycled game. You can ask for cash or store credit but they will give you more in store credit. As a member you do get 10% more off recycled games though. Which can come in handy because video games are expensive these days. You also get a whole week to try it out and if you don't like it, you can get an exchange. They won't do returns on recycled merchandise or opened merchandise. Overall, a good store. The prices are up to par with everywhere else. But if you are planning on buying lots of games, go here. You will get more benefits in the long run.

Another time when I wanted to buy a copy of the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy, Steve advised against it since the game had a lot of bugs in it like Cyperpunk and often crashed. To my surprise and delight, the sales girl (with the blue/purple hair) provided one of the BEST customer experiences we've had in years. She was not only knowledgeable about the prices and policies, but went above and beyond to upgrade my game, and went out of her way to give us the fairest price for everything. No attitude. Not an adversary. Just nice, and service oriented. All of the staff were honest about not recommending certain items based on quality / reviews. Great experience. It was very refreshing, and we will be very happy to continue doing business with this EBGames for all of our gaming needs. A++
