This store is well organized with games separated by platform and in alphabetical order. I collect PS3 and there was an ample selection (and a sale of 3 for 2 for games under $10). Their website is solid as well. I was welcomed in the store by the friendly female staffer who asked if I needed help. (They spoke English). The store buy, sell, trades and sells old consoles as well. Lastly, there is an arcade room. One of the better retro video game stores I've been to and I shall return based on pricing, organization, friendliness, cleanliness, location.

One time, I wanted to buy Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Works (the deluxe edition) but couldn't order it online due to it being rarely available. Luckily Steve was able to get me two of them. Another time when I wanted to buy a copy of the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy, Steve advised against it since the game had a lot of bugs in it like Cyperpunk and often crashed. I was preparing for the regular service with attitude, and likely getting ripped off for the trade-ins (because I don't follow the prices and deals religiously). To my surprise and delight, the sales girl (with the blue/purple hair) provided one of the BEST customer experiences we've had in years. She was not only knowledgeable about the prices and policies, but went above and beyond to upgrade my game, and went out of her way to give us the fairest price for everything. No attitude. Not an adversary. Just nice, and service oriented. All of the staff were honest about not recommending certain items based on quality / reviews. Great experience. It was very refreshing, and we will be very happy to continue doing business with this EBGames for all of our gaming needs. A++
