One of the worst places for repair. I gave them my iPhone 6 to just change the battery on it, the…read morephone was working perfectly and they even said they had a battery for an iPhone 6. The guy instead of changing the battery, broke the phone. I got to speak 3 different representative each one had a different story, the worst one was the second guy I spoke to, saying they would sell me an iPhone 6 at a discount instead of them fixing what they did. I told them this is a spare phone I don't need a new phone it was my spare that I needed the battery changed that is all. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Oh and also the last message they told me was that there is always a risk in fixing phones that they could break it, funny I just needed the battery changed that's all. Why the hell did they not tell me that in the first place. Again go somewhere else people, with service like that you are better off breaking your phone on your own.

The only reason I left them, was due to Ebox no longer offering Cable connections in my area. While there was a bit of confusion in the end-of-service procedures, they were very understanding and ensured fair outcome. Again, I really liked their service, and would return to them if they came back to my area of Mississauga (they still service other parts of the city)
