I have been standing in line at this location for about 40 minutes two women working, one in the…read moreside room doing other things, one out front taking care of a customer, playing with the customers kid, completely ignoring the two of us in line. At no point did this woman thank us for waiting, apologize for the wait ACKNOWLEDGE that we were even here. This is definitely the worst customer services I have ever seen. It's ok to wait, people understand that but to carry on leisurely, have excessive small talk about her personal life with this gentleman and his kid, and not even acknowledge other people for more than 40 minutes is embarrassing for this company. I am patient thank goodness but I will not return to this location. Inappropriate customer care. WOW, this is wild.

I should start by saying all i was going in for was for the store to verify and input my address so…read morethat the phone tech from telus could finish an activation for me including a good deal on a phone with a better rate than the store could provide. The staff were given an account number for me including a detailed note of all they had to do. Long story short they conned me into signing into an activation in store by telling me i was only signing only for my koodo account to be unlocked so that they could input my address. I signed without reading and my better judgment due to the covid restrictions and not being able to take it si i trusted them as i was going to be a new customer after another call from the telus company that might to finish the deal. That's the frustrating thing, they have me a sim card which again i told them i would get delivered with the new phone. But i took it, later i found out instead of following my instruction and the notes they were told to follow by the tech, they instead they activated me an account screwing me from the deal on the new phone. I can only imagine they did this to get a commission, im very disgusted

We walked through the door and people were milling around with no since of order or greeting or indication of where I should go or what I should do. Even a greasy spoon diner will have a sign that says please wait to be seated or seat yourself. After 10 minutes or so a guy with a tablet checked me in and told me I was number 2 in the que. All I could think of was a free stall barn with livestock milling around aimlessly. Not with out entertainment though as a customer service rep was selling an elderly couple into the latest phones because as he said "In 2 years anything else would be obsolete". He went on and on with the hard sell for at least 30 minutes while other customers waited to be helped. After 45 minutes and while the store was really filling up a different person came around to see if everyone was "checked in". Maybe if he had been standing by the door he would have known. I told him I had been waiting quite a while and he told me I was now number 5. I asked why and he rudely said they were now waiting on customers with appointments and in a condescending tone was told I would have to wait. I guess if you are not there to buy a new phone you will be treated as "number two" anyway. I decided to not wait and once in the car which would connect with the phone contacted my wife who told me of a nearby location who actually answered the phone. I went to the alternate location and was warmly greeted the moment I entered the store and was attended to right away. I give this store and the company representatives a minus 5 stars.
