I was the 2nd customer of the day... they open at 10a. After waiting over an hour, I noticed the 1ST customer was still there. Way under staffed & slower than tar drying in January. Went to this store to have a replacement phone activated and to see if they could save any data from the phone with the broken screen. We walked through the door and people were milling around with no since of order or greeting or indication of where I should go or what I should do. Even a greasy spoon diner will have a sign that says please wait to be seated or seat yourself. After 10 minutes or so a guy with a tablet checked me in and told me I was number 2 in the que. All I could think of was a free stall barn with livestock milling around aimlessly. Not with out entertainment though as a customer service rep was selling an elderly couple into the latest phones because as he said "In 2 years anything else would be obsolete". He went on and on with the hard sell for at least 30 minutes while other customers waited to be helped. After 45 minutes and while the store was really filling up a different person came around to see if everyone was "checked in". Maybe if he had been standing by the door he would have known. I told him I had been waiting quite a while and he told me I was now number 5. I asked why and he rudely said they were now waiting on customers with appointments and in a condescending tone was told I would have to wait. I guess if you are not there to buy a new phone you will be treated as "number two" anyway. I decided to not wait and once in the car which would connect with the phone contacted my wife who told me of a nearby location who actually answered the phone. I went to the alternate location and was warmly greeted the moment I entered the store and was attended to right away. I give this store and the company representatives a minus 5 stars. read more

This review is for who we dealt with specifically and not the entire store!! Our representative was extremely rude, and unhelpful. Told us he was not sick but just having an allergy attack but proceeded to wipe his snot on his shirt sleeves in front of us. Told us that the manager would tell us the same things he just told us and that was that. Waited over 40 minutes to be told he's not able to do anything for us. read more

Bought an iPhone 14 Pro, full price no trade in, for a phone line I have had for over 12 years and was told I was eligible for a free Apple Watch. Staff forgets to mention "free" doesn't mean "free" and the promo was actually "BMSM select Apple Watches as low as 0 dollars, offer requires a new line of service as well as device payment" - this was never disclosed and the "free Apple Watch" actually came with a $10 monthly service fee. This was unbeknownst to me until receiving my bill and seeing the charges as well as an unknown number associated with my account. After many hours, and little help from management, I've returned the watch because the staff is not transparent during sales. Joe, the manager, states it must have been is misunderstanding and another manager vouched that all his staff discloses the fees. The promo was not offered to me as stated and I was unaware I was opening a new "line of service" which I feel should be disclosed at point of sale. - this situation is either due to a lack of training or unethical business practices to gain sales. The condescending attitude of management when I first expressed frustrations with this situation has led me to not want to purchase from this store in the future. read more

Waited at the door for George to check me in, we were told 15 minutes and going on 30. I flagged down George to ask a question and he said he couldn't help me. Overall I would rate this place a zero I will b writing the cooperate office on the poor customer service and I don't love gay they are trying to be like the Apple Store. I have watched people walk in after me and get helped, do I'm confused that maybe next time I should make an appt. I also really dislike George placing myself at a lower priority I am a paying customer. read more

Went in today and bought two phones and some accessories under a promotional deal. The guy that sold us the phones called about an hour later to say that the deal was only for a more expensive phone not the ones we had purchased. We drove back to the store and talked to the manager of solutions who was rude and did not have a solution but to not charge us the restocking fee for the return. Hours wasted due to employee incompetence just to write you all this warning from the same phone I had this morning. I have not writen off verison but this store is not worth visiting. read more

I would not even give this place a one star if I had the choice. I was around the area and wanted to buy a new phone because my phone broke. I walked into this store and while other sales associate were just standing around, they did not come to assist me. When I finally asked to purchase a new phone, I received bad customer service; the sale associate was disrespectful and made me feel unimportant. She talked to me as if I did not have the money to purchase a phone. Anger about the service, I left the store and went to another verizon store. read more

I switched from Verizon to AT&T YEARS ago due to the terrible customer service I had experienced with Verizon. My husband and I were moving from the Watertown area to central Virginia back in mid June and the only cell service that is SEMI ok in our house in VA is Verizon. The gentlemen that helped us in this store (Brian and someone else. Maybe Alex? Forgetting names because it has been 7 months) were FANTASTIC. We explained how we were getting screwed by AT&T and they were able to give us a $100 credit onto our account and made sure to put my husband's military discount on even though I am the account holder. These guys helped us set up out phones that we bought outright from Google a few months before and made sure everything was working properly for us. I am a prior manager of an AT&T location and these men were great with customer service. Exactly what we expected and then some. Great job, guys! I highly suggest this location. read more

I have been a Verizon customer for the longest time while traveling across the country serving in the military. I must say I've received the worst customer service from this Verizon store. I had a HTC Droid and the screen was cracked so I came there to ask if they could help me retrieve my contact list but the representative was very unhelpful and had no knowledge of what to do. And then she took her name-tag off so I could not see her name because she knew it was coming. I called corporate to report the service after I got home to make sure someone else doesn't have to talk to a wall like i did. read more

I was so impressed by the service I received here. My friend's daughter downloaded a bunch of games on my phone and I got charged a lot for them. I stopped in here to see if they could help me with my bill. A gentleman named Matt took care of everything for me and even showed me how to add a code to my phone so that this doesn't happen again.
