There's a Starbucks when you enter the store, clean and tidy washrooms, free wifi throughout the store (!!), and a very well organized and pleasant atmosphere to experience. I systematically walked all the aisles to take everything in (so much to see!), and I found a few good clearance items in various departments before taking a deep dive into the clothing section. There were a lot of clearance racks to go through and it's clear that the dressing room in the women's clothing section is a busy place - the woman working the changeroom was a bit harried with lots of rejected items to sort through, but seemed to be managing things very well. I'm looking forward to returning here or visiting any other Target I come across!

They sell the same sort of things and their prices are similar, but I find Target neater and better organized than Walmart and generally a nicer shopping experience. I really liked the natural cosmetics section at this location. They had a big selection of Pacifica products, which is one of my favourite brands. Like all Targets, there's a Starbucks inside. This Target is in the Towne Center at Watertown shopping complex. Lots of free parking.

The person at the front door greeted me and pointed me to the correct area. After 20 minutes of looking in the glass cases waiting for some help. I got frustrated and as I was walking out there were five assoc. standing in the phone section discussing what they were having for dinner. I bought online from another retailer. Store manager should get these people helping customers. I should not have to hunt down people to help.

I was immediately assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly sales person who never pressured or attempted to redirect me. I had already researched the best price and knew what I would likely pay for a speed queen. To my surprise, the price at WA was far better than anything else I had found on line or anywhere else. Tack on free delivery and I saves at least $180 as compared to Best Buy. Delivery was great too. On time and right where I wanted it. This store is amazing and local. The people know their products, stand behind them and are very customer focused. If you need any appliances, I urge you to give Watertown Appliance a chance before just running to big box. I think you will be a customer for life, just like I am.

They show up on time are pleasant and respectful of your home. They listen to your requests, make suggestions for the best fit for your home and budget and put it all together flawlessly. Today they replaced my Sony tv (they previously installed) with a new Samsung frame. And I'm obsessed. It's beautiful! Lol He set up the Sonos, my speakers outside for music and eliminated the wires and clutter of the receiver in my cabinet that was no longer needed. I am thoroughly impressed. My mom has used them for years and always said good things. Today i witnessed just why she only uses BIG APPLE for her home audio/television needs. They are great. Ask for John for your install. I took pictures of the part and video of what was happening walked into store showed both to a gentleman. Right then he knew what was wrong, what part I needed, ordered it and had it in within 2 days, plus showed me how to replace the part without and snide or rude judgements about me being a female. Today we had a service guy out for our washer and he was professional, polite, patient with our youngest and her questions and even helped us on how to transfer our extended warranties from one business to theirs without any problem. If ever you need appliances, because I still need a few, I will and you should purchase from here. Thank you NOT for everything.

Dan, the manager got on the phone with my wife, Dan was also very nasty demanding payment without bill. My wife ended up having panic attack! Never use this company! I will sue this company and his techs and report the company to IRS and NY State taxation department. Their prices are very high just rip off!!!! Even one star is too much for nasty Dan and his people!!!!!
