Dropped the car off early since I knew it had to be there awhile. When I called later in the day to get an estimate for a pick-up time, it was about done. Someone walked me through the changes and new equipment. I was pretty comfortable without this but it was fine. I also had someone else in the parking lot with me. But the business should note that some individuals may not want to sit in their cars alone with a stranger. And, if you are picking up your car, bring a friend in this situation to sit with you for the tutorial!

They were able to fit us in quickly and do the job that Best Buy could not. They were professional and friendly. Tommy did an amazing job with the audio install, it is a very clean and professional installation and tuning. The only 2 issues I encountered out of the whole process was that my vehicle was accidentally left outside with the sunroof open and an unexpected rain cloud decided to open up right over the area and my seats, headliner and interior got wet. Second issue and I'm not 100% sure it is related to the audio upgrade is that my android auto connection is extremely finicky when trying to connect with the USB C cord. It was working perfectly fine when I dropped my vehicle off, and after picking up it has been having that corded connection issue, I do know that android auto did have an update while my vehicle was there being worked on so I am unsure of the cause of this issue, could be an issue with the update.They were very upfront and honest when I came to pick up my vehicle and immediately informed me of the rain situation, and gave me an apology and an explanation of how it happened. I informed them I was unhappy about this and also that my android auto connection was unstable and they offered to send a technician to my home which is over an hour away, I am very impressed with their dedication to their customers at this point. I ended up driving my vehicle back up there the next day because I had nothing going on and they tried to figure out my connection issue which I believe is actually possibly a software issue with android specifically because apple car play works correctly when plugged in. They also offered to give me some apparel and shipped me out a set of weather tech window deflectors free of charge as an apology for my car getting wet inside. Overall I am happy with my stereo and tires. Of course I am disappointed about the rain getting inside my vehicle, however this is life and accidents happen. I would not hesitate to bring them my vehicle for any future upgrades based on the phenomenal quality of the work their installer Tommy did on my audio upgrade. I have been questioning if i should mention the incident with the water but I feel if I'm going to leave a review a full honest and open review with full disclosure is what everyone deserves, and again I would not hesitate to bring my vehicle back in the future. The only thing I could wish they offered was maybe have a professional detail done to make sure my interior was completely dry and no risk of any mold in the future, but I am confident if I would have asked them they would have done this for me. He offered me a set of speakers, and I Quote. "These go for around $200 but I'll give them to you for $150. I was grateful and purchased them. Got home and searched up how to install the speakers. I found out that those speakers he sold me are one of the worst and cheapest types of speakers going for $34 at Walmart, Amazon you name it. I couldn't believe he was trying to sell them for $200 originally. Not only does he not care for his customers, but his products are very unorganized. New stuff next to old stuff next to broken stuff. I went in the next day and asked for a refund having the receipt and unopen boxes. He said straight up NO. I don't do refunds. Overall, a horrible way to run a business. Rarely any satisfied customers. Two FAT thumbs DOWN!!
