All there stores are great , of course they are busy , do to good quality stuff . A lot of shoppers…read more, we will only shop at whites mostly due to lumber being it's top quality and all straight boards . Most their paints and everything is the best quality stuff you can buy . I noticed another review rated the store on a employee , that has nothing to do with the store itself . Working with impatient customers is not easy . Comparing it with Home Depot or Lowe's is funny , because , you barely get any service and if you do , they don't know what they have and don't have . There quality of wood is bent or broke and paints are normally cheap brands , you get what you pay for . Most Bussiness builders shop at whites to get a professional look of quality . They have a great group of people that are trained and know what they are talking about , very family oriented. Highly recommend Whites Lumber supply and Whites Paints .

We went to the store to buy extra wide shoes for one child and 6Y for another child. While looking…read morefor the specific size for youth, the assistant manager proceeded to argue with us that the sizing for children with 'c' representing "child" or toddler sizes and 'Y' for youth or big kid sizes was not what those two designations meant. Now I have had 4 children over the last 23 years. Those designations have always been there. Then when we went to check out, the very young bubblehead of a girl couldn't spell our city name, took forever to ring it up, kept generally playing when we are trying to get out the store with a toddler who was over it. She asked us if we wanted to subscribe to the rewards card. I said yes. She proceeded to ask me my full name, address, phone number, and DOB while strangers are around me. She said this is required to sign up for rewards. When I commented that this is a lot of personal information being gathered publicly, she got snooty. We paid the $204 and left. Upon reflection, I took it all back and got my money back. I got the same assistant manager. I told her they could have had us write the info on a sticky and shred it if it's required va asking so many public details with others listening in. I also told her customer service goes a long way for me and it was not worth spending my money there. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.
