I went to the store on May 29th and it looked almost done . At this point I was excited to get it and give it to my husband. I went back to the store June 12th to see what was going on, since I didn't get a phone call or text on the status of the coin holder and it wasn't open . I was ok that's fine I'll come back, I went back to the store. Every day for a week in the store was never opened. Eventually, I found them on Facebook and added them sent them a message asking what was going on. I kept getting the runaround on when to pick up and when it was going to be ready every day was a new excuse on why they couldn't meet up or give me the coin holder . Eventually on Monday May23rd I received the product. It definitely looked like it was just got thrown together with no care in the world. When I first approach this company to make my husbands coin holder, I gave them a reference photo of what I wanted. The only thing that looks remotely like the photo I gave them is the shape everything else looks horrible .when I received the coin holder I could tell it just got burned or glue because it smelled really bad . Before meeting that day he said he already had it done a couple days prior to meeting up, so I was questioning why it would smell like he just now finished it. I'm not sure if he just didn't care about the project or what it was but I was very disappointed especially since this was supposed to be a Father's Day gift/anniversary gift. The communication with this company was absolutely horrible. It definitely was not worth $360. I was highly disappointed because I was looking forward to it and thought it was gonna look absolutely beautiful. I am highly disappointed the owner could tell I was disappointed, because he even said himself "Oh, you don't even like it." if I was him and I knew a client didn't like something I would feel bad and try to get a refund or make a new one. But no, he acted like he didn't care that. I didn't like the product at all, also at this point I was so over him . Oh boy, did they ever come through!! Three times the amount of beads, for a third of the price!! Wow! And, they were 50% off!! Thrilled!! The yarn, on the other hand, was very "meh". It's a big store, clean and bright. The staff was very helpful. I can't wait to go back, when I have more time and more money to spend.

Everyone I've encountered knows a lot about anything I've asked and can show me where things are or how to use them. I am glad they've removed (or they have moved on) a couple of employees-- a mexican, short woman at the registers and a huge white woman at the register, and a woman at the cutting counter with long light brown hair who was at the old store I think. I think her name was Chris or something like that, it started with a C. Now the employees are are very pleasant, especially the lady with the long blonde hair. I haven't met the person who does the classes. I do wish you would hire a male person though. I travel a lot and this has been the best JoAnn's I've ever been to.

Ran into this Michaels to pick up some HTV that I needed to complete an order as I ran out, with…read moreonly 1 shirt left to go ! I went in around the later part of the evening around 6:30 PM. The store was not crowded at all. I was greeted by an employee when I walked in and was asked if they could assist me in finding anything. Luckily I had frequented this Michaels location so I knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it in the store. So I replied no but thank you for asking. Great customer service goes a long way it at least feels that the employees care about your shopping experience. This Michaels cricut aisle is well organized and kept. All the vinyl was stocked and in the right place. This made is super easy to locate the color I came for, GOLD! I grabbed it and headed to checkout. To my surprise there was a sign that the vinyl was on sale for $9.99/roll. I prefer the Siser Vinyl and this is usually priced between $18.99 to about $29.99 depending on roll color and size of the roll. So any sale is good in my hood ! When I got to the checkout, there was no line and the cashier was waiting and ready! She rang me up, asked for my rewards number and sent me out the door! At the time I was redoing many of my antique Victorian photos and I asked to see the most expensive framing material sample. The girl proceded to inform me in a roundabout way that I couldn't afford that style of frame which was $23 a foot. I found it hilarious that she knew so much about my finances even though, I didn't know her. I told her I could afford it and she refused to let me see the frame sample and tried to talk me into the chintzy framing that I didn't want. That was the last time I ever went there and I don't plan on going back. I took my 10 antique pictures to another specialty frame shop in Watertown (Robert's) and got exactly what I wanted with no hassles.
