I love small businesses and all but this place is horrible! I ordered my husband a Father's Day/ Anniversary gift here May 11th . I texted to see how things were going may 24th no answer. I went to the store on May 29th and it looked almost done . At this point I was excited to get it and give it to my husband. I went back to the store June 12th to see what was going on, since I didn't get a phone call or text on the status of the coin holder and it wasn't open . I was ok that's fine I'll come back, I went back to the store. Every day for a week in the store was never opened. Eventually, I found them on Facebook and added them sent them a message asking what was going on. I kept getting the runaround on when to pick up and when it was going to be ready every day was a new excuse on why they couldn't meet up or give me the coin holder . Eventually on Monday May23rd I received the product. It definitely looked like it was just got thrown together with no care in the world. When I first approach this company to make my husbands coin holder, I gave them a reference photo of what I wanted. The only thing that looks remotely like the photo I gave them is the shape everything else looks horrible .when I received the coin holder I could tell it just got burned or glue because it smelled really bad . Before meeting that day he said he already had it done a couple days prior to meeting up, so I was questioning why it would smell like he just now finished it. I'm not sure if he just didn't care about the project or what it was but I was very disappointed especially since this was supposed to be a Father's Day gift/anniversary gift. The communication with this company was absolutely horrible. It definitely was not worth $360. I was highly disappointed because I was looking forward to it and thought it was gonna look absolutely beautiful. I am highly disappointed the owner could tell I was disappointed, because he even said himself "Oh, you don't even like it." if I was him and I knew a client didn't like something I would feel bad and try to get a refund or make a new one. But no, he acted like he didn't care that. I didn't like the product at all, also at this point I was so over him . As much as I would like to leave this man a good review, my experience was far from what everyone else's has been with him. I ordered a hat for my husbands birthday on February 21st and was told it would take a week to be ready, on February 29th I sent in a message to ask about the hat and was told that a machine went down and he was waiting on a part to come in. On March 7th I reached back out again to ask if he fixed his machine and was able to get my hat made, I was told that he was still waiting on his hat shipment to come in that it was running late and it would be there tomorrow (8th). I contacted him again on March 12th asking if his shipment had come in he said yes and he would be done with everyone's orders by the end of the week. I went into his business in the Salmon Run mall on March 15th to pick up the hat and was told again that it wasn't ready and that I could pick it up on Monday or Tuesday the 19th. I messaged him the afternoon of the 19th asking if I could pick up the hat just for him to tell me that he left out of town and I couldnt get it for an additional 2 weeks. Fast forward to today April 3rd, I reached out and yet again another excuse as to why I can't get the hat. After 6 weeks and several messages I finally received a refund. I've custom ordered many of hats and have never had this problem. I love supporting small businesses so I was very disappointed when this was my experience with Reczko's Crafts. Unfortunately my husband didn't get the hat for his birthday and I'll have to be looking around elsewhere to place my custom orders. read more

My parents had a box engraved for my retirement from the Marine Corps. My mother provided a picture of the engraving, and had to pay in full. There was a spelling mistake and they refused to make good on it. Do not give them your business. read more
