Kohl's is a department store that's similar to Sears and JC Penney. Since we don't have any Kohl's in Canada, I always pop in when I'm in the USA, even though I've never ever bought anything at a Kohl's, lol. They have a large clothing section; styles are pretty basic though and nothing too fashion forward. They have some housewares and toys too. Staff did seem very nice and there's free WiFi in the store. This location is in the Towne Center at Watertown shopping complex. Lots of free parking. read more

If you have extra long arms then the shirts are for you. I am usually a good fitting medium size but the arm length of their shirts go well past my hands by 4 to 5 inches. I guess they cater to orangutans. read more

Recently, I went to Los Angeles to visit my Aunt, and purchased close to $600.00 in luggage from these people. When i got back the darn things looked 10 years old, and some of the buckles had become loose. These people exchanged them, so I am pretty happy with Kohls- but be careful about what you buy when it comes to luggage- lots of cheap crap out there. read more

I can't stand this location in particular, but I don't really like kohls that much in general, either. The only reason that they have such great 'sales' is because they are so overpriced on their products to begin with that they have to trick their market into thinking that they're getting some great bargain to get customers to buy their clothing, most of which is ok, at best. But this kohls is just ridiculous. Everything is crammed so tightly in there it's hard to navigate (and nearly impossible with a stroller or cart). NOTHING is organized well, even displayed clothes that aren't on one of the overstuffed clearance racks is a mess, each and every time I come in there. Wrong clothes in the racks, clothes mixed together, not sorted by color or size. And the last time I went, it was close to opening, so really there's no excuse. I love Kohl's in general because their prices are awesome and they're always offering added discounts! I went to this specific store while visiting family over the holidays and was so impressed. Despite the hectic shopping season in full swing, the store was clean and organized and the check-out was super fast! I could hardly tell it was Christmas-time! read more

There is not much that is positive about this Kohl's location. One would think that being so close to our Canadian neighbors Kohl's might want to showcase their brand. Instead, this place resembles a Salvation Army Store. The SAS is cleaner though. And better organized. I cringe every time I must stop here as is located only 20 miles from work. read more

Kohl's is always a must-stop when we take a trip across the border from Kingston to Watertown. They usually have some sort of deal going on 10-20% off with a coupon. Pair this with many many discount racks showing up to 80% off and you get some pretty happy shoppers. read more

Store is trashed and no one seems to care. Tried to buy a suit but too many items are thrown around like dirty laundry. Store is a total embarrassment to the chain. Manager should be fired immediately. Who cares, it's not my store. read more

My first experience here...this place is VAST and tons of stuff and tons of sales...the sales people here were great...yes I loved it!

This is my favorite store in Watertown-great products,great staff and very clean store.Prices are cheaper than Target and clothes better quality.In fact I am shopping there tomorrow with my 30% off coupon. read more
