Outstanding arrival lounge. Scan the barcode that knows your seat and order online. Food and beverage magically arrive.

Still simply awesome. A hidden oasis within LHR terminal 3 after clearing passport control and bag claim. Staff is really friendly and welcoming. Love the barcode menu system that knows your seat. Order online from your phone and voila! Coffee and brekkie arrive! Have not been here for about 6-7 years. It still is one of the best lounges in the system if you are looking for a quiet, clubby experience.

It's really nice to have a Revivals lounge to stop in before heading out into town. My VS 787 flight was pleasant but still sufficiently stuffy that I arrived wanting refreshment. The lounge is small but well adorned. There is a storage closet behind the reception desk to put away the luggage so that you have less to worry about in the lounge area itself. The receptionist had my name on a list so it looks like they were expecting me :). There is a cereal and continental breakfast bar on the left but having taken your place at an available seat, breakfast can be brought made to order. I had the Turkish eggs, which is not something I ever had before and it was delicious. It was paired with a generously foamy cappucino. I managed to work in a shower as well with good water pressure and products to make me face the day feeling minty fresh. I didn't get to try the Spa service but their menu of offerings really look geared to set up the VS VIP ready to tackle the London day.

Really enjoyed my team in this lounge. I'd just landed in London after a long flight and needed somewhere to unwind. This lounge was just what i was looking for. Many of the patrons here are arriving in the terminal after flights to London, and are looking for somewhere to freshen up. It's located outside of the baggage claim and customs, go up the elevator as if you were headed to the short-term car park in terminal 3 and you should see the entrance. While I was there I had the coconut milk yogurt and fruit with a black coffee and a lemongrass/ginger refresher. Everything was delicately prepared and fantastic. Additionally, I would absolutely recommend giving the spa a try. Many of the services are complimentary, and only require a premium payment for additional services. I went with the scalp massage. The masseuse takes you into a room with soothing music and lays you back in a chair, places drops of essential oil in your palms with hot stones. Great experience and truly relaxing after a long trip! 10/10!!

What better way to arrive in the UK than having a Full English?

This amazing decompression chamber is what makes overnight travel to London on Virgin or Delta worth the while. This lounge is available only to Virgin Upper Class and Delta BusinessElite passengers, and Virgin Flying Club Gold or Delta Diamond and Platinum members flying in any class of service. If you qualify, be sure to walk straight out of the customs exit towards the lifts straight ahead, and go one floor up. Exiting the lift, you'll see a discreet double-door leading into this sanctum. As part of the check-in, you'll be asked if you'd like to use the showers and book a treatment. I'd suggest yes to both. The showers have very strong water pressure, which will help to clear out any of the post-flight cobwebs, and while you're in the shower, you can have your clothing pressed so you look presentable upon getting to your final destination. As a further part of that presentation, the treatment options will also be a great help. The 15-minute facials, manicures, pedicures, head massage, or base make-up applications are all free. Some of the longer treatments - such as a lather and shave for men - are available for a small fee, and are worth it. Breakfast, being the most important meal of the day, is the final point not to be overlooked here. Whether it is fresh carrot juice and a super-food yogurt (packed with goji berries, sunflower, sesame, and chia seeds), or a Full English paired with a cappuccino with a muffin on the side, the exceptional staff here will see to your needs. Everybody can agree on overnight flights being lousy on the body, but there are ways to make the rest of your day much better. This is one of the best ways I can think of doing so.

Feel like a human again after your flight!

Amazing showers and a nice breakfast menu! First time I've tried an arrivals lounge and it's nice to be able to feel human after your overnight flight! Lovely treat!

The revivals lounge. A welcome refuge after an Atlantic flight.

Incredibly relaxing prior to a long flight. Busy but great service, food and drinks. A little oasis in the mayhem of Heathrow.

Reason being relative to the amount of traffic this terminal gets, the lounge capacity is very limited. The waitlist can be up 45+ minutes and it's not guaranteed that everyone on the waitlist can enter before they need to board their flight. This time it appeared they were giving some priority to people who had to board sooner as long as I was willing to share a table with another customer. In this lounge the staff assign seats to each customer which isn't something you usually see, though made sense based on the small size. Since I had only about 15 minutes prior to boarding time I wasn't choosy about comfort, really just wanted to grab a quick breakfast prior to getting on the flight, so this was fine by me. There's a small bar with breakfast selection of the day being "English breakfast" items: scrambled eggs, baked beans, crispy bacon, sausage. They also had some fruit/veg juices, pancakes (via a nifty little pancake machine), a bar with limited alcoholic drinks, and regular coffee/tea options. Functional enough for a quick stop though less comfortable than some other international lounges in terms of space, but still better than many lounges in the US when comparing quality of food.

The line was out the door with a 30 minute wait (and frankly not my favorite lounge, see my separate review of that one), and thankfully they told us to head to My Lounge which had more availability. They are both run by the same company, with My Lounge being recently remodeled and reopened (previously Club Aspire) in the past few months. Walking into the lounge it's decorated with a cozy vibe, think textured brick walls, warm jewel tone tweed textures on the furniture with medium wood accents in the floor and bookshelves, reminiscent of a modern family room. Seating inside looks roughly enough for about 100 people, at mostly lounge chairs and couches. There's decent spacing so that it doesn't feel too crowded. Check-in counter is immediately inside the entrance, at around 10:30am it wasn't too crowded, we were able to enter right away. Later on when we left around 1pm there was a short wait of about 10-15 minutes. Directly to the right of the check-in, there's a small, more private lounge room with seating for about 8-10 which is where we parked ourselves. Walking left past the check-in counter the space opens up to a bar serving liquor and cocktails, and a food bar along the wall. They had breakfast food set out, including yogurt, smoothies, granola and cereal, cut fruit, bread and mini pastries, and warm food including all the elements of a traditional English breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, toast, roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes. There was also a pancake station which I've seen at a couple other Europe lounges, and you can basically pour your own batter and it goes through a mini oven and pops out cooked on the other side. Around noon they also set out lunch food though we didn't end up eating much of that. Free WiFi is available and strong. There are screens scattered around the lounge with airline info though similar to other lounges no announcements are made, so you have to keep track of your own boarding time. Bathrooms are in decent shape. Normal hours are 5:00am to 10:00pm. Not a bad place to spend a few hours, would def stop by again if I lay over at Heathrow Terminal 3! The lounge is stunning. It's huge, bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer some great tarmac views. The decor was solid - I think I read the words "premium corporate" somewhere lol.. Vintage photography, some cool tree decor, blues, golds, etc... Overall a sophisticated and welcoming vibe. The service was definitely proactive and polished. From the warm greeting at reception to the attentive staff who are constantly clearing plate and restocking the buffet, I felt well looked after. A special shoutout to the shower suite attendants. The facilities were immaculate. I had been up all night trying to time my inner-clock & avoid jet lag, so the warm shower was perfect before my flight. The food was solid, but not terribly exciting. Given the reputation of this lounge, I was expecting a bit more variety, but was met with a standard English breakfast. There wasn't much in the way of elevated options, though it was tasty nonetheless. And the bar was beautiful, though nobody was really partaking given it was 6:30 in the morning. All in all, solid experience. I'm looking forward to returning and enjoying the lunch/dinner options plus the beautiful bar.

This lounge has the space as in a huge area, the relaxed vibe, the very comfortable chairs and sofas to make this the perfect stop and break when taking that 15-20 hour flight to Asia with the one stop in London. We didn't have a whole lot of time between connections to order from the QR menu which could have made this review higher. First of all, it's a modern looking lounge with great accommodations. I love that they have a row of private & clean restrooms that have their own sink and scented diffusers. They are very spacious with no unpleasant smells that I could detect despite it being a public restroom. It appeared to be very well-maintained. The coffee & tea bar was a huge highlight. It had French croissant pastries and Union Hand-Roasted Coffee. It was the best part of the lounge in my opinion. The views of the runway were also wonderful. We saw some very large jumbo planes taking off and landing from our comfy seats. It was a relaxing lounge. We were there at breakfast time. The breakfast bar had a good variety. It could have been better had the English muffins been toasted. I'm not sure why British Airways doesn't have toasters in their lounges. What's the point of having butter nearby? I tried to make a bacon roll out of it, and it just didn't work for me. My husband asked if there was any way to toast it, and they said no. So, they won't toast it for you. I did see other rolls there that may have been a better choice but I'd already placed the muffin on my plate. Other than that, it was an okay buffet for a British breakfast. I didn't see the ice cream cart that everyone talks about. That may be because it was too early for that. There's a good selection of alcohol as well. I have a feeling that ordering from the made-to-order menu is the way to go here, and especially if they have that Loch Fyne salmon that I had on the way back from Edinburgh. It was still a nice upgrade from the typical British Airways Lounge. Hopefully I can update this review again when we return.
