Great lounge at LHR and this place has great Chinese food . Fast service and ambiance . Has a dedicated noodle bar.

3/13 A La Carte menu

Awesome first lounge if you're in T3 at LHR, particularly for the dining room with the a la carte menu! We didn't come here on an empty stomach (foolish me!) so didn't order as much of the complimentary menu as we would have liked. I ordered the seafood tom yum soup which came with vermicelli noodles, while my partner ordered the dandan mien. Both were very tasty and we liked that it was a smaller serving so we could try other things in the menu. I liked the charsiubao as well to share, but would recommend ordering 1 dim sum basket per person since it only has 1 piece each. I loved how the hargow has thin outer skin, and everything tasted so fresh! We also ordered the coconut pandan rice pudding, but I didn't find the pandan or coconut flavor particularly noticeable. We were seated immediately in the dining room despite how crowded the first lounge was, and service was also quick after placing an order. Definitely a good stop to make even if you only have about 40 minutes before boarding! If in a rush, check out the tea selection and espresso machine as well as the small plates including the nice dessert selection in the fridge! Seating can be a bit crowded if there's a Cathay flight boarding/departing soon, but we found that it cleared out a lot when boarding started, so we felt like we had the lounge to ourselves before our connecting intra-EU BA flight. We didn't check out the showers, but I found the bathrooms very nice with tall ceilings, dark wood interior, and spacious stalls. 10/10 would come back again if transiting T3, it's too bad we rarely fly out to the UK as it's not our preferred destination or for layovers currently when routing

Another excellent lounge from Cathay Pacific. If you're a One World Emerald why bother with American's Flagship Lounge (which doesn't have Flagship Dining yet) when you can experience the more luxurious and far less crowded Cathay Pacific First Class lounge and enjoy their full-service dining room. The first class lounge is down a small hallway on the right upon entering the main lounge area (business class is straight ahead). The lounge has a strong resemblance to Cathay's awesome Pier lounge at Hong Kong though sadly it lacks the spa area so no foot or back massages here. :( The seating is varied and comfortable and modern including comfortable chairs with ottomans with a great view of the tarmac and runway. There is a large open bar area where you can serve yourself and a small "pantry" area with refrigerated drinks and snacks and a small display of room temperature snacks. The highlight is the small full-service dining room where you can select from a variety of restaurant quality meals from an expansive menu. We were there for breakfast and found the English breakfast and waffles to be excellent. A variety of cocktails and other beverages are available as well (never too early for a mimosa). If you are eligible and flying out of Heathrow by all means try this lounge before visiting the far less luxurious AA or BA offerings.

Friendly staff upon checking in. They have a great selection of food and beverages. It was quiet, with sofa seats, recliners, and other types of chairs to lounge in. Their restrooms were clean. Great selection of drinks from a nice tea assortment, coffee, sodas, and water to beer, wine, champagne, and liquor. All self-serve. Our view was not the nicest, but what do you expect at an airport? I did love the huge bay windows--plenty of ports to charge up your electronics.

Incredible lounge with many food offerings and drinks for everyone. They offer some of the best noodles I've had in London! I unfortunately ate then took a picture but the tamarind and peanut sauce was creamy with a perfect texture in the noodles. Food was brought with exceptional service! Calling and comfortable environment while you wait to fly out with great views of aircraft arriving and leavings. Great lounge and look forward to coming back!

This is a review for the Cathay Pacific Business Class Lounge which is located directly opposite of the First Class section. To be honest, reviews seem to hit on both key points that truly make this one of the best that Heathrow has and solidifies why you should be a Oneworld alliance member. CX has pulled the stops to open up this new lounge that mirrors its "Pier" product at HKG. For business class travelers and Oneworld Plats, we get an invitation to one of the most comfortable lounges in the series of Terminal 3. There are multiple sections to the lounge that I'll highlight: lovely private showers with individual toilets that allow for comfort just before a long flight, restaurant dining section with noodle bar (limited to wonton and dan dan mien) and a few dim sum options, open wine bar with self-service buffet, and private seating areas for you to watch the tarmac. I was a huge fan of how quiet the lounge was which allowed some much needed relaxing before our long flight back to the states. The noodle bar is a staple of CX lounges and I was thrilled that they had a mini version of that here in Heathrow. With the help of their hot foods bar, my friend was finally able to enjoy an English breakfast. Cathay continues to produce some amazing products in the aviation world and I feel lucky to be able to experience it even when I'm not transiting through HKG. Definitely spend some time here if you have access.

I have been visiting this lounge regularly and so far it has not disappointed . The Food is very good, theres a decent selection and they always have a hot selection. Coffees are decent but from a machine (Quantas has a barista style one, just in case you are a coffee lover... You may be better served over there ). My husband tells me the alcohol selection is generous. Staff are very polite, friendly and efficient. The lounge has a relaxing atmosphere with a modern, masculine and moody decor which makes it quite comfortable abd welcoming. Free wifi for guests, showers and toilets are also available. I look forward to my next visit

A haven from the madness that is T3. You use the elevators to get to the lounge(s), and they direct you to the First or Business lounge depending on your status. If you blink you'll miss the entrance to the First lounge, so if that's your destination make sure that's where you're going (it's the smaller one!) The food selection is not as good as at the HKG lounges, but the dan-dan noodles are still stellar, and the staff is just as friendly. Note that the food is catered straight out of the business lounge - so if you want the "bar" experience, just wander over to the biz. lounge, get your fill, and then wander back. Much more importantly, unlike the AA flagship lounge, you've got plenty of windows that look out at, well, the airport (but that's better than looking out at a wall!). Good munchies, good drinks, good service - it's where I usually end up hanging out when in T3..

A little piece of heaven in the madnesss that is Heathrow. Grab a drink of top-shelf liquor and enjoy plane-spotting

Amazing service and polite employees The first class feels like a restaurant and a lounge at the same time, both separated by a wall. So if you want to eat, you can go into the restaurant. Otherwise, a comfortable lounge outside with a good view of the runway The restaurant is table order style with a rather decent and diverse menu. Service is quick and good arrived in about 5 minutes of order The lounge has areas to refresh and get ready for a comfortable flight The lounge is located in terminal 3, lounge area V.

The lounge was nice. The bar has a good selection, although the bar tender seemed to also have other things to do so wasn't around. The noodle bar food was pretty average. The bathroom and shower area were nice. If you are going to a One World lounge in T3 I would recommend this one.

Compared with BA, AA and Quantas, the Cathay Pacific lounge is my favorite in London Heather airport. With A la carte menu and variety of entrees and appetizers to choose from and the quality of the food is on point. I had dim sum, wonton soup and fish and chips with a class of the Rothschild champagne. (To my taste, CX has the best wine selection ) The Fish and Chips was made to order, crispy and fresh! A lounge that you can't miss when you are in London

Nice comfortable lounge serving traditional and Chinese Dim Sum breakfast. Unfortunately no Hong Kong milk tea. Spacious and comfortable. Service is good. There are shower facilities.

During certain windows, the lounge can get quite crowded. I was able to find a cosy nook during my visits. As with their other lounges, each table has a QR code menu to place orders and the items in the menu changes based on the time of the day you are in. During my morning visit, I ordered a mocha, eggs royale (smoked salmon benedict) and a green juice. During late afternoon, they offered high tea and I was pleasantly surprised by the huge basket with sandwiches, quiche, scones and pastries. Each of their food items and beverages were exceptionally good. I also used the showers which was well maintained. The bathrooms are also individually designed allowing privacy and space to freshen up, change etc.

Reason being relative to the amount of traffic this terminal gets, the lounge capacity is very limited. The waitlist can be up 45+ minutes and it's not guaranteed that everyone on the waitlist can enter before they need to board their flight. This time it appeared they were giving some priority to people who had to board sooner as long as I was willing to share a table with another customer. In this lounge the staff assign seats to each customer which isn't something you usually see, though made sense based on the small size. Since I had only about 15 minutes prior to boarding time I wasn't choosy about comfort, really just wanted to grab a quick breakfast prior to getting on the flight, so this was fine by me. There's a small bar with breakfast selection of the day being "English breakfast" items: scrambled eggs, baked beans, crispy bacon, sausage. They also had some fruit/veg juices, pancakes (via a nifty little pancake machine), a bar with limited alcoholic drinks, and regular coffee/tea options. Functional enough for a quick stop though less comfortable than some other international lounges in terms of space, but still better than many lounges in the US when comparing quality of food.

The line was out the door with a 30 minute wait (and frankly not my favorite lounge, see my separate review of that one), and thankfully they told us to head to My Lounge which had more availability. They are both run by the same company, with My Lounge being recently remodeled and reopened (previously Club Aspire) in the past few months. Walking into the lounge it's decorated with a cozy vibe, think textured brick walls, warm jewel tone tweed textures on the furniture with medium wood accents in the floor and bookshelves, reminiscent of a modern family room. Seating inside looks roughly enough for about 100 people, at mostly lounge chairs and couches. There's decent spacing so that it doesn't feel too crowded. Check-in counter is immediately inside the entrance, at around 10:30am it wasn't too crowded, we were able to enter right away. Later on when we left around 1pm there was a short wait of about 10-15 minutes. Directly to the right of the check-in, there's a small, more private lounge room with seating for about 8-10 which is where we parked ourselves. Walking left past the check-in counter the space opens up to a bar serving liquor and cocktails, and a food bar along the wall. They had breakfast food set out, including yogurt, smoothies, granola and cereal, cut fruit, bread and mini pastries, and warm food including all the elements of a traditional English breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, toast, roasted tomatoes, roasted potatoes. There was also a pancake station which I've seen at a couple other Europe lounges, and you can basically pour your own batter and it goes through a mini oven and pops out cooked on the other side. Around noon they also set out lunch food though we didn't end up eating much of that. Free WiFi is available and strong. There are screens scattered around the lounge with airline info though similar to other lounges no announcements are made, so you have to keep track of your own boarding time. Bathrooms are in decent shape. Normal hours are 5:00am to 10:00pm. Not a bad place to spend a few hours, would def stop by again if I lay over at Heathrow Terminal 3! The lounge is stunning. It's huge, bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer some great tarmac views. The decor was solid - I think I read the words "premium corporate" somewhere lol.. Vintage photography, some cool tree decor, blues, golds, etc... Overall a sophisticated and welcoming vibe. The service was definitely proactive and polished. From the warm greeting at reception to the attentive staff who are constantly clearing plate and restocking the buffet, I felt well looked after. A special shoutout to the shower suite attendants. The facilities were immaculate. I had been up all night trying to time my inner-clock & avoid jet lag, so the warm shower was perfect before my flight. The food was solid, but not terribly exciting.
