In the end, they all realized the item had been priced incorrectly. I told the cashier Matthew how much I appreciated his helpfulness. I also nicely told the floor supervisor Aaron how he could have better handled the situation. He was a young kid. He was okay and apologized. The store manager Kyreena was was not helpful at all. I was overall very disappointed with the management at this location. Shockingly unhelpful and extremely apathetic to a price discrepancy. I know everyone is tired, etc, but the way to the top is to place a high priority on customer care. Target on Freedom Drive did a fantastic job in a similar situation just last night. Kyreena may benefit from some PR training for herself and her supervisors.

Ordered $1500 worth of fencing material online and opted for delivery. Order placed November 1st…read more Chose Saturday Nov 12 8:00-12:00 for delivery. I received a text notification Friday the 11th that my order was on its way. Today, Saturday Nov 12 at 2:00PM (2 hours after the delivery window) I get a call from someone at the store telling me that my order hasn't even been pulled because online sales and the store doesn't work well together. Whatever that means. So I wasted two weeks waiting on an order they didn't plan to fulfill. I would have preferred to be told "sorry, you're not worth our time" up front so I could shop somewhere else while the weather was still good. DO NOT order anything online. However, after I took a look at the invoice which had several discrepancies, but there was also numerous errors on the receipt...fuzzy accounting. Not only did we not get the 10% veterans discount, we were overcharged 100 sqft of carpet which wasn't used. And even after I told them that the estimated sqft-age was wrong and no one bothered to correct it. So, I'm stick with 100 sqft of carpet I can't use... Everyone was in a BIG hurry to get the SALE, but no one bothered to make sure it was correct. And when I brought these discrepancies up to the sales staff, I was assured everything was going to be worked out. But now that the SALE is finalized, it none of their concern and the only thing the sales rep says, is "I'm Sorry", like my wife and I didn't hear her correctly. NO, WE WERE LIED TO!!! In fact, everyone we dealt in the Flooring Department lied to us. I asked ever time we were in Lowe's trying to select the right carpet. I have a GOOD-MIND to take them to court. They misrepresented themselves, lies numerous times to get the SALE. I don't know if they know this but oral contracts are binding in the State of Illinois. And to top it all off, we never received the GIFT CARD for 10% off the carpet... WTH is this Lowe's coming to...

Shouldn't have the doors open if you don't want customers. On my last visit I was paying for my rental when a customer called asking them to wait for them to arrive because they were delayed by a traffic accident and was going to arrive at 1:10 and the close at 1:00 on Saturday, after the person that answered the phone asked everyone if they wanted to wait for this customer and they all said no, they said they couldn't help if they didn't arrive by 1.

Now we are on the list to be called when it was returned and we told them our number and we had no calls. We showed up to get it and they let it go out before they even gave us notice. No call happen for us to know it was returned. They had our number write down on a piece of paper when I walked up to the counter. They said they called us but we lived in Kentucky. That is my son who lived in Bunker Hill and moved 5 years ago or so. Even though we gave them our name and my husband told him that was not him when he looked up the name in the computer. It's was not even the right address. Needless to say they run a hot mess business.
