Beyond being a hardware store, they also offer rug doctor rentals and a variety of services you can't find many places, all of which come with the best quality and service: - key cutting way better than a big store - window screen building and repair - glass cutting (wish I knew this sooner bc I've been driving farther to get glass cut for side tables and such) - pipe threading and cutting - blade sharping - window glazing - lock mastering and rekeying and others I'm probably forgetting.
