I'm going to miss this BB&B. It use to be my go to when I lived in STL. Hell, I'm going to miss…read moreBB&B period. I've moved to the IL side of the river and the closest one to me is going to be in Fairview Heights. I may just have to make the drive. Any way, I was over in the city and since I had a pocket full of BB&B coupons, I thought I'd swing by and pick up a few things for the new house. Toilet brushes are one thing that I have always tossed and start with a new one in a new home. Having two bathrooms, with different finishes, I grabbed a chrome and nickel finished brushes. I donated my old two slice toaster to my work, so I was in need of a new toaster for home. I upgraded myself to a four slicer with setting for bagels, toast, english muffins, waffles and pastry. Look out Pop-Tarts you've got your own setting on my toaster. I may live alone, but I figure with family near by, I'll be entertaining for breakfast and brunch in the near future. The associates here are always friendly and check on you regularly as you shop. They want to make sure you are finding everything you need and perhaps really do need, but want. I also, always have to give a thumbs up to the cashiers who make sure you've got your "coupon". Will I return? - I like them so much, I'll be making the drive. When: September 30, 2020 Why: Making house pretty.

You reminded us that people are kind & good. That means more than I can say. Without doubt Joe- You made our day God bless you!

There's nothing like this store. You get dizzy looking up and down the aisles. And up totally to…read morethe ceiling, which makes you more dizzy I was there with Little Sis and Big Sis. We all had agendas. And we are conversational shoppers. Groucho, Harpo, Chico. Hey, what about that? Where did that come from? Who rices potatoes? Anne Burrell. Look at that thing! Hey, did you see this? Look over here in this aisle. It was such a fun shopping trip at this store. And WE HAD COUPONS! We were in here a LONG time. This is ONE store I could spend a lot of time . . . just looking. I had six coupons, most of which had expired. But they took them all. Little Sis bought a boatload of stuff. I bought what was on my list . . . and had been on my list for a long time: Calphalon skillets, paired as two -- a ten-inch and an eight-inch for $50 . . . regularly $85. And freezie things -- I don't know the name -- those things you put in your freezer and then can put them in your cooler to keep sodas cold. But I got two to replace two I have that seemed to be getting softer and less weighty. I figured they were leaking their juice, and I don't know what their juice is -- so I thought that could be bad business. So, they went to the trash as soon as I got home. I bypassed a two-year pocket calendar for $6, saying to Big Sis I thought that was expensive. I believe she cringed. But I stood by it.

I've not always been a fan of Bed Bath and Beyond. I don't find a lot of stuff in here that I need…read morebut there are a few things that I prefer to buy here over other home stores. For example, the Scrub Daddy. It's a cleaning sponge and they don't sell them at Target or Walmart (at least not that I've seen). Also I buy my K-cups here. I've also made a few bigger purchases; a Keurig, comfortor, etc. I can't say enough about the customer service at this location. I tried using an expired coupon at the Brentwood location and the cashier told me he couldn't honor it but if I came back with a valid coupon he could do a price adjustment. This location has always honored my coupons, expired or not. One day I couldn't even find my coupon and the cashier at this location scanned one she already had for me! Also, we got a Keurig for Christmas that broke and without a receipt or even the box it came in, they let me exchange it for a new one without any hassle. These guys are great!!!

I had a online pick up from this BB&B, after waiting up at the sign for awhile I searched the whole…read morestore to find a group of female workers hidden in a corner talking and told them my situation of there being a long line and only 1 person taking care of a long line of customers. They looked at me like I was stupid when I asked for help, shooed me away & continued talking as I walked away. HIRE BETTER PEOPLE to work here please, will not be returning til' then

I do love walking the rows here. SO much stuff here…read more "As seen on TV!!!" products all over the place.. Space is filled to the brim here. Putting your cart somewhere as you walk the outer cubbies of goodies to gawk is the key. If you put it between the aisle displays you run the chance of being in the way of other shoppers. There is no good place to put it. SO the chance is you will say "Pardon Me," "Excuse Me" or some form of at least 3 times. SO easy to spend too much here as they have all great items to help make your life more efficient, etc.. I love going here but, as I sort of mentioned, it is not good if you are in any way claustrophobic. Also felt like I walked into a cult compound. I was asked by 2 very eager people.. one yelled at me from across the store and ran me down to ask if they could help me and show me something. There seemed to be a lot of employees tonight, more then customers even. After the last "CAN I HELP YOU!?!" and chasing me down I was spooked enough to leave. Bed, Bath, and Beyond is a place you want to slowly walk through and check out because of the sheer mass of products they have here. They send you a 20% coupon or you can have it texted to your phone if you like. We used Bed, Bath, and Beyond for one of our Bridal registries wayy back and then as now the prices are cheaper then Sears and the quality of most products is higher then most. TLDR: IF you need something in the bathroom, kitchen, etc.. this is your "go to" place. If you forget your 20% coupon at home you can text it to yourself (they have a sign in the store that lets you sign up for it.) You will be stalked by employees. You will spend too much money. But you will walk out with products to make your life more efficient and be happy in doing so. Great for Registries! Easy online access the list and checking it off. Probably the best Registry program out there.
