It appeared that it showed that they had this tubing in assorted sized in individually wrapped pieces and said ready for pickup in store today. I jumped in the car and drove the 13 miles only to be greeted with a blank stare from the girl that I asked. She said "no, they don't have anything like that". I told her I looked it up on line and was told it was available. She said, I'm sorry, but we don't have it. Well, there goes an hour from my day that I'll never see again. Ace has a habit of overselling and promoting items that they do not have at stores, within a reasonable drive. i would like them to at least check their inventory against what they are advertising and at least, try and make it an accurate guess. Lowes is my store, forget Ace, they promise but fail on delivery.

Called the store and told them I had bought a key fob online for $16. Told me that they can't use my fob and would only cut a key if I bought their $100 key fob. Went to the store and it's the same exact company that sold me a fob for $16. Nice 500% markup guys.

Before…read morecoming here, I shopped a local Mom and Pop hardware store and another Big Box and neither of them had the size I needed/wanted. When I came here, they had a variety of sizes and brands for me to choose from. They made my life easier. The store is directly located across the street from their competitors, so when one doesn't have what you want, you can easily drive across the street and hopefully find what you need. I get lost in this store, so it takes me awhile to find what I am looking for, but I eventually find it. The friendly associates in orange vest, are always ready to assist. They ask me what I am looking for and I tell them, I always look lost. The store is clean and well organized for a Big Box. If you're an early riser, they open at 6AM.

I asked the person waiting on me if she could call somebody to help us because the return was a huge struggle. Meantime Cathy starts shaking her head with discuss, I asked her why she was shaking her head at me? Quote she said Because I Can !!! I asked her name she refused, I went closer to read on her apron and let her know I was going to wright a bad review and she said go ahead.....because of her lack of professionalism and terrible manors she shared... when she had nothing to do with my return and lack Of help with her associates if she could have done a better job defusing or solving the problem.... What happened to customer service ??? If you don't like your job , you shouldn't be in customer contact. One bad apple will spoil the atmosphere... it becomes contaminated and contagious...
