Tanveer is a very respectful and intelligent Lawyer that has provided me with services that I was not expecting. I was unfortunately involved in a car accident and did not know of any lawyer to help with my situation. I was referred by a family friend to Tanveer who informed me of his amazing service and the results of their case which was similar to mine. I was not expecting to gain a friend who I could rely on after my experience with Tanveer. The whole process of my case took about 10 months which included medical imaging and physical therapy. After all of the issues were resolved and I was feeling better, the process of the settlement occurred and took about 2 months in all. The bulk of the time was spent in physical therapy and allowing for my body to recover the accident. Throughout the process, Tanveer was very thorough with keeping me up to date with the case and checking in to see how I was feeling. I could not have asked for a better Lawyer to be handling my case. Not only do I respect how he conducts his work, but I also respect the fact that he does not advertise his business as if he is trying to make a profit/revenue for his own benefit. Tanveer Truly cares for his clients. His amazing team consisting of highly trained individuals as well as interns who will ultimately be conducing similar practices once they finish their training. As a hopeful future physician myself, I have learned to solely respect and take care of a patient and invest all my time into allowing for the patient to improve. Tanveer conducted the same service to make sure that I was his sole priority and making sure I was feeling well rather than trying to make money. Overall, I had a amazing experience in this unfortunate circumstance and not only left satisfied with the settlement, but also left with a friend who I can call at any time and have support me. Thank you Tanveer for your services! Sincerely, Christopher Touresian read more

Hiring Tanveer Shah as your attorney is the first and most important action to take if you are in an accident. I was a pedestrian hit by a car in a parking lot by a quite elderly, confused individual, resulting in multiple fractures, a split kneecap, bleeding, bruising, etc. Witnesses called 911 and police & EMTS arrived and took statements. I was a runner and personal trainer, so this was very physically and emotionally devestating. Even with the insured ' company accepting full liability, my initial medical offrt from them was insulting- not even enough to cover Xrays! I needed experienced legal help! Tanveer immediately made an appointment with a Board Certified Orthopedic doctor,, and a Trauma Therapist, who worked on a deferred payment (after the settlement) basis, supported my insurance claim, and Viper Law handled the billing. I never could have gotten this access on my own!! Don't EVER think you can save time or money by not hiring an attorney- WRONG- you will be a victim of the accident a second time. Not all personal injury attorneys are the same - Tanveer and his brilliant Paralegal Bianca produced a Demand Letter that could be a tutorial for law students, or other attorneys! His incredible experience and record.of success produced a claim settlement beyond my wildest dreams! NOBODY could have gotten the amount he did. Tanveer commands the respect of the insurance adjusters (no small feat). Tanveer is the real deal, and is the kindest, most compasionate, understanding person- you will like him as person as much as your attorney. Watch his Viper Law YouTube videos for valuable information... With every dollar from my incredible settlement that I spend, save, or donate to charity (animals!) I will always remember who made it possible - Viper Law Group and my attorney, Tanveer Shah. read more

Viper Law Group is undoubtedly the #1 Injury Law Firm in my opinion. I can say that from experience with dealing with previous Personal Injury Attorney & Accident Lawyers, especially in Arizona. Viper Law Group specialized in car accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, brain injury/concussion and wrongful death Prior to finding Viper Law Group, I met with nearly a dozen doctors who ultimately were not able to progress the recovery of my injuries and there was a point that I began to accept that I would have to live with a disability for the rest of my life. The Viper Law Group knew of doctors, which they referred me to, that knew how to treat my injuries to the point I can live a normal life again. Viper Law Group is NOT your typical "Revolving Door Attorney" who focuses on large caseloads with an average settlement. Tanveer Shah and his team will give you individual attention and focus on maximizing your settlement and at the same time they will reach out to you with updates and check on the status of your injury treatment to assist you in any way possible to maximize your physical and psychological recovery. Personally, this says a lot because Tanveer Shah and his team really do want you to recover from your injuries and at the same time maximize your settlement, not to mention that Tanveer will work with you on weekends and after hours if needed. When speaking with Tanveer Shah, he set a realistic expectation of what the anticipated results would be instead of other attorneys who promise the world and deliver far short. Viper Law Group far exceeded my expectations in the end and I consider them the best. 5 STAR Attorney and Law Group. It is for the above-mentioned reasons and more why I would/will recommend anyone to at least give Viper Law Group a call to discuss your case. read more

Until I met Tanveer & Cassidy, I had indifferent opinions about attorneys. I'd never been in an accident before coming to Viper Law, & had no idea what to expect. I came to them really banged up, in a ton of pain, feeling helpless, angry & confused. From the moment I walked through those doors, I was treated with dignity & respect. I got a really good feeling when I met Tanveer & Cassidy & shook their hands. I IMMEDIATELY felt a rush of relief & strength, during our initial meeting. I absolutely felt at peace & confident with my decision as the weeks & months went on. The entire Viper Law team was kind, respectful, courteous, empathetic, competent & professional. I was treated like a human at a time when I felt like anything but. He & his team members were prompt, communicated very well & seemed to be happy to be a part of my journey. They were so patient with me (and let me tell you, I was a mess for a long time). Even though it was brutal, the grace, the intellect that was exhibited throughout the trial, the compassion & dedication will probably stick with me for a very long time. They truly fought HARD for me & my case & in the end, they gave me my life back. They truly went above & beyond to help me at every turn, & never made me feel in the dark about anything. I'm so glad I put my case & basically my life in the highly capable hands of Tanveer & his amazing team!!!! I pray I never have to go through an accident again but if I do, i know who I will call!! I would send ANYONE, even my own family to Viper Law!!! To say that this guy is brilliant, empathetic, kind, caring, assertive & solid; would be an understatement. A HUGE amount of gratitude to Tanveer, Cassidy & every single hand that played a part in it all for me!!! I love you guys & will be forever grateful!!!!! read more

Tanveer Shah is an exceptional attorney with integrity, impressive experience, and sincere compassion to top it off! I was injured in a pedicab accident, and the whole experience was traumatic not only for me, but for my family too. My kids witnessed the whole thing and it had a lasting effect on them. I had never needed a personal injury attorney before so the whole process was foreign to me. He initially spoke to me on the phone and explained how it all worked in terms that I could understand. I remember feeling like I was going to be in good hands, which made the process so much easier. I basically let Tanveer and his incredible staff do what they do, and I sat back and did my part when asked. His assistant, Cathy, would call me even when there was no news on my case, just to see how I was feeling. The Viper Law Group is not just legal representation; They really care about their client's well-being, and they treat every client with the same respect and compassion, no matter what their injury is. Tanveer takes the time to explain everything to you so you can better understand what's involved and what you can expect. In my case, the defendant ended up settling, which is what we wanted. Tanveer's successful litigation reputation really helped us because the pedicab's defense attorney knew that Tanveer was willing to go to and fully capable of winning at trial. In fact, he previously won a large award at trial against this defense attorney! Rather than risk that happen again, he encouraged his client to settle. The award we received was more than we ever expected. Thank you Tanveer, Cathy, and the entire Viper Law Group staff, for working so hard on my case, and being so supportive and compassionate during the entire process. read more

I hadn't sought council until four months following a harsh rear-end accident. I thought that I could handle the situation with the insurance companies on my own, but quickly became overwhelmed and frustrated with the system. It wasn't until I picked up a Viper Law Group business card (while getting an X-ray at a Chiropractic office) and spoke to Tanveer Shah, that I actually felt that someone cared about my wellbeing. I was in miserable pain and seeking the wrong treatment. Although my case started out very difficult, and I felt like I had no hope in getting any of my medical bills paid (much less money in my pocket), we prevailed with The Viper Law group's expert professionalism and diligence. Tanveer genuinely seemed to want to help me and comforted me with his true confidence and relentless determination. He and his team are compassionate, genuine and competent and I am forever grateful to the work that he put in to my case. The outcome was truly spectacular and I never could have accomplished these results on my own. Tanveer is an excellent attorney and an even better human being. I can honestly say that Tanveer's candid, yet optimistic, outlook eased my apprehensions about hiring an attorney (and his awesome sense of humor didn't hurt either)! I would definitely recommend Tanveer and the Viper Law group to anyone who wants a true fighter on their side. Well done. Many Thanks Tanveer! read more

I chose Viper Law Group after being hit by a car while jogging. Before I even signed a contract with Tanveer, he spent over two hours with me listening to the details of my accident, staying past the usual business hours. My case was smaller than most, and he knew it was going to be difficult, but he was still willing to help as much as he could. Tanveer, Cassidy, and his team truly care about their clients and take "the client comes first" approach to a whole new level. I didn't even feel like a "client" - Tanveer and Cassidy spent so much time with me that they felt like good friends helping me through a difficult time. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and would not settle until I was content. Before Tanveer was involved with my case, the settlement I was offered would not have even covered 1/3 of my medical bills. Thanks to Tanveer and his team's persistence, my medical bills were fully covered and I got an even larger settlement than I had expected! They are truly passionate in their work, not to mention incredibly competent and organized. I highly recommend Tanveer to anyone needing a personal injury attorney and would not hesitate to choose him again if ever needed. read more

Let me start out by saying they are one of best law firms in Arizona! Unfortunately I got into a car accident about 2 years ago and throughout the process Tanveer and Viper Law Firm were always giving me updates on what was going on! They would reach out to me every month to let me know that they hadn't forgot about me (we know that it's a long process) so it was nice to be informed what was happening throughout the process! Then we found out my own Insurance company was trying to lowball me and paint me as the villain. Tanveer, Cassidy and the rest of the team at Vipers Law did everything above and beyond to help me win my case. Bottle line, if you want a law firm that will keep you updated throughout the whole process and make sure that you understand everything that is going on, they are there when you need them. Viper Law goes above and beyond for you. They are a very professional and a firm that actually cares about your well-being. What my own insurance company offered me initially, compared to what I got after Viper Law fought for me is incredible. Look no further they are law firm for you! read more

Tanveer Shah is a awesome attorney that goes above and beyond for his clients! I was very reluctant to getting an attorney because I thought I could do it on my own. I first reached out to Tanveer for questions that I had about my total loss claim for my car. Tanveer was willing to answer all my questions without being a client and gave me insight on what I should being doing. At that moment it became over whelming and I decided I need to hire an attorney. Tanveer has helped me every step of the way from settling my total loss claim to personal injury claim. He also went as far as to helping me get a car because I had to use Uber and Lyft. Thanks to Tanveer I felt less stressed because he made the process of personal injury claim go very smooth. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders that he was taking of my claim which made me feel less stress and lead to a speedy recovery. He and his staff worked very hard to getting my claim done in a timely manner. I will defiantly being using Viper Law if I ever need an attorney in the future. I hired Viper Law Group after I was in a bad motorcycle accident. Some lady pulled out in front of me and she was sited and found at fault. Unfortunately she only had liability which was 50,000 medical coverage. My hospital bills were over 120,000 and Viper Law Group needed to get there 1/3 which they reduced for me to put more money in my pocket. They worked for a year to get the hospital bills reduced. They were successfully and exceeded my expectations on how much money settlement I would get. Tanner actually cares about his clients and keeps you informed and stress free through the whole process. If you want a honest, hard working, professional Lawyer to ledigate your case, hire this firm. Remember you don't get paid he don't get paid. And let me tell you he gets paid.Tanners a very smart lawyer and exhausts every. avenue possible and will fight for you when other lawyers just take there cut and don't go the extra mile. I was in a motorcycle accident over three years ago, I initially consulted a different law firm based on a google search. I left that place feeling more pressure and with still so many questions that didn't get answered. Days following the accident, the owner of the collision center, my motorcycle was towed to, called me offering Viper Law Group information. I immediately called Tanveer to set up a meeting. The dynamic walking into his office immediately sold me. Since that day, Tanveer and his law firm took care of me as if I was one of their own. My case was a difficult one; however, they never gave up and always answered any questions that I had. From day one until the case was over, Tanveer made sure I was taken care of with all my questions answered. The biggest take away from my experience with Viper Law Group was: Tanveer's approach was very realistic, very personable, and very open and honest. If you want someone that will take care of you no matter the outcome, Tanveer is the man to trust, and Viper Law Group are the people to call! read more

On my way to work I was T-boned, my car was totaled, and my neck was injured. I was scared and concerned with a lot of things. Thankfully Tanveer helped me step-by-step through the process of getting into physical therapy and dealing with each of my concerns. He dealt with the insurance company and I received more than double what I expected. He explained everything carefully. You can tell he really cares and is sincere. He is an amazing brilliant attorney who really helps those who suffer a loss, get back to their life. He definitely helped me get back to mine. His new office is beautiful and his staff is wonderful. The insurance company tried to drag out my case, but he stuck with them even though it took years. I am extremely happy I went to Tanveer for help in such a critical time. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are unfortunately injured and need someone who actually cares to help you, look no further. read more

Through no fault of my own, I was injured in a car accident. Instantly, I was thrust into this whole new world: pain, doctors, therapy, treatments, lawyers, depositions, etc. Luckily, I reached out to Tanveer from Viper Law Group right away. He was able to guide me through the entire process, making sure that my bills were taken care of and that I was compensated fairly for what was done to me. The opposing lawyers were a bit nasty and this entire ordeal was quite stressful. However, I cannot stress enough that Tanveer knew exactly what he was doing the whole time. He patiently explained to me the process each step of the way. And at the end of the day, he backed up everything he promised to me in our very first meeting. In such a crazy world, it is so comforting to know that there are lawyers like Tanveer who are seeking justice and helping put things right. read more

Right from the beginning Mr. Shah provided a tireless effort in making sure I was seeking the best medical attention after a terrible experience. His expertise and sheer confidence in the case is what has helped me to get back on my feet and feel one hundred per cent better after a long recovery. I still do not believe how much of a successful outcome I received. This is my first experience with anything of this nature and I would not hesitate to recommend Tanveer with Viper Law group, don't go with the cheesy billboard ads Tanveer really is the real deal. read more

I had a rather tragic accident when I was 18 yrs old, which resulted in 16+ spine surgeries over the years. One of the recent surgeries ended up with a defective device inplanted in my back, which then resulted in another unanticipated surgery. My surgeon was infuriated when he discovered that the manufacturer wouldn't take responsibility for the defective part so he referred me to Mr Shah. It took just shy of two years to get this settled but, Mr Shah stayed with it, persevered and got me a settlement that was better than we anticipated it would be. I appreciate the time and effort he put into my case and would highly recommend him. read more
