My son purchased an additional padlock for the Uhaul. Somehow he lost the key in his travels. He was tired and frantic . I don't live in the State so as a Mom I went into rescue mode I called AAA Acme lock spoke with Matt. I shared my story he said all of the crew were out helping others. If my son could drive over the Uhaul he would try to help him. I knew over the phone Matt was a kind good person.He was calm which we all needed to hear at the time & professional ! It was like talking to a long time friend . With in minutes Matt solved the problem !! Matt is a true Superhero !!!! One of the reason my son wanted to move to Milwaukee is because of the people . We needed to have our roof redone on not only our house but also our garage. In addition, I wanted to get gutters added to the garage since we didn't have them before; the previous homeowners never added them. I had requested bids from about five different companies and wanted to see how everyone compared and what they recommended. James stopped by, and we talked about the various areas I had for immediate concern. I received fast quotes and recommendations on how they would proceed. We ended up using Scott Geboy Remodeling and Roofing and loved the service from start to finish. Everyone was attentive, and the roof work and gutter work were done within the time frames they stated--there were no unexpected surprises. They took care of the chimney flashing, new roof shingles, gutters, and about a dozen or more items on their checklist of operations. Everything was impressive, and doing roof work is no easy task. You spend a lot of money in a very short time, and I felt good about paying Scott and James for all the work they performed with their team on our house and garage. I recommend them to friends, and my family recommended them since they've done work for family members already. They've been doing this work for over 40 years, and their methodical processes are a testament to their experience. Should you choose them for your roofing or gutter work, you will be impressed with what they deliver.

I started working with her back in mid December 2014-March 2015. It was a MAJOR renovation job, 2000 sq ft, 9 suites, manicure/pedicure area, bathroom, and waiting area, all built from scratch. Custom build cabinetry/countertop with shampoo bowls installed in each suite, new flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC system, fire sprinklers, painting, putting together equipments, etc.  It was the most stressful time I went through from purchasing my salon to completing construction in 2.5 months in order to open on time. There were a fair share of unforseen stuff that occured which was out of our control. But Maretes was always quick to work around the unforseen stuff, made my life so much easier because she was on top of every aspect, regularly stopped by to make sure everything was running smoothly and made sure everything was up to code for inspection to pass. She also communicated with me on a daily basis, calmed down my nerves and went above and beyond. She even went as far as making sure the inspector would show up to the salon as scheduled and when that fell apart on the day of (the scheduled inspector called in sick at last minute), she kept calling the supervisor and demanded that they send another inspector which he finally gave in and showed up himself. If she did not go above and beyond to make this work, I would not have been able to open my salon as scheduled! And the best part was I had no idea of the hot mess that transpired that morning until after giving me the good news that I could officially open my salon. That alone shows us what a great, hardworking person she is, that she will take on any issues that arise just to alleviate your stress! I honestly do not know what I would do without her and her team. Another part that stood out about her is the fact that she throughly listened to all of my visions and was not quick to shut down any ideas I had.  If there were any part I was unsure about or changed my mind, she was quick to work around that. I hired her again around end of April 2020 while my salon was shutdown due to Covid. I had to install new floorings due to water damage coming in from outside building (which the condo association is working on). Maretes, her project manager, and her team was able to complete the flooring and repaint within two weeks and right in time to reopen. It was a wonderful experience working with her and her team again. And BONUS, they have a really cool set up where you can check through an app daily and see the progress they made, posted daily updates, information and pictures. I communicated with her project manager daily which was still great and very effective.  I will always stick with Maretes and her team for anything I need, especially future projects. I am hoping to expand and she will always be the person to go to!  She works really hard to be one of the best company, to go above and beyond, have excellent communication skills, makes sure she hires top notch reputable contractors, have trustworthy team staff, and will work with ANY issues you may have. She will always make sure you are left completely happy with the results!!

I worked with Max and his team at Carrera Construction to address some updates requested by…read moreinsurance on my rental property in Milwaukee. The updates included replacing the garage roof/trim/gutters, painting the garage, fixing the garage service door, realigning the fence, rebuilding the porch railings, and adding balusters to the rear deck/balcony. He also added some gravel to the parking slab. Max was very easy to communicate with remotely and addressed all of my concerns. Max is a generalist so we definitely plan to use him again for future projects. It also helps that his price was very competitive.
