Outstanding Service from Airport Butler at SFO - Daniella is Amazing!…read moreMy family of five (two adults and three children under eight) recently had a superb experience with Airport Butler at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). We were traveling internationally for a long-term stay, which meant managing 10 large checked bags plus 5 to 10 carry-ons and personal items. We were assigned a butler named Daniella, and her service was incredible from start to finish: * Proactive Communication: 1-2 days before our departure, Daniella reached out to introduce herself and confirm our itinerary. Communication via text (my preferred method) was smooth, prompt, and easy throughout the entire process. * Great Advice & Preparation: Recognizing our massive amount of luggage, Daniella recommended hiring porters and clearly explained the extra fee, which was outside Airport Butler's fees. Given our situation, this was an affordable and invaluable recommendation. Knowing this ahead of time made all the difference. * Seamless Coordination: Daniella asked for our executive van driver's phone number as a backup. When we ran behind schedule, she contacted the driver directly on our way to the airport, gave him exact directions to the right terminal door, and had the porters ready for us the moment we pulled up. * Stress-Free Arrival & Check-In: The arrival was seamless. While one of us went straight to the counter to start checking in, the porters immediately took care of our luggage. Daniella went above and beyond by helping my three young children carry their personal items, holding their hands as we crossed the street, and guiding us through the terminal. She supervised our baggage at check-in until everything was safely handed over to the airline. * Pit Stops & Final Gate Escort: After walking us through security, Daniella seamlessly navigated us toward our gate while keeping track of all our necessary pit stops for bathroom breaks and water refills. She ensured the kids were supervised and our remaining bags were safe the entire time. Once at the gate, she made sure we were positioned in the priority lane for pre-boarding so we could board smoothly and safely. Throughout the entire process, Daniella was professional, pleasant, kind, and lovely. Traveling with young kids and heavy luggage can be overwhelming, but she made our departure completely stress-free. I highly, highly recommend Airport Butler--especially Daniella! This was truly a 5-star and beyond experience.

I had a lot of anxiety about being a big, chaotic, slow-moving group through the airport. We hired this service and it was great. Charles met us with 2 luggage carts, all of our tickets (didn't have time to check in online) and bag tags. He escorted us to baggage drop off, through security, and to the gate. He watched our bags, helped us find places to wait, checked to make sure we had everything. Could I have done this trip without his service, yes, but it would have been hellish and left everyone stressed out. Instead we had a very, very smooth trip through SFO during spring break. It was totally worth the expense!

There were many many mishaps with Nadia as we all had to deal with her separately. If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience is that since we had a group of 15 girls, we did not want to pay through 1 person as that would incur over a bill of at least $15K. She promised me that each person could call in separately and pay their portion of the trip. We were able to do that smoothly with the deposit. However, when everything was due, she asked us for one lump sum. So one of the girls had to put everything on her credit card, which was what I specifically wanted to avoid in the beginning when we were working with her. This was just one example. I found that her information was misleading, wishy, washy and I do not trust her. I've never used a travel agent before until now, and thanks to her, I have a bitter taste in my mouth.
