I did a couple of trouble shooting steps to no avail and decided to have a spa repair service come out. I put in a Yelp request and Jason from Cozy Hot Tubs was quick to respond. He came out a couple of days later and I immediately knew I had the right person and company. He completed his diagnosis and quickly told me the pump was fine and he solved the problem! In a time when we have to deal with shady and dishonest tactics, it was great to have an honest repair person who fixed the issue at minimal cost instead of trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. Jason is a very pleasant individual and is knowledgeable. He also took the time to give me some additional maintenance tips that would improve the upkeep of my hot tub.
