Finally about 3:00 pm I got one to call back and said because it was late I'd be charged extra IF I could be seen at all which finally they said they couldn't find anyone to see him. Finally called Wright who had me come right away and were able to help me end his pain. They were very kind, professional, and quite reasonable. I will always be grateful for their help that day. Went today (10/15/26) with another dog for chronic ear infections. Again, was quite impressed with their kindness, professionalism, and compassion with her. They even offered to check her again in 3 weeks at no cost to make sure things were improving. Only took one day to get the appointment. I've been to several vets in Kingman and my wife and I both have medical backgrounds. I am very happy with their service and will definitely return in the future for the care of all my pets.

She and the entire team helped us navigate the challenges of caring for a diabetic cat, and every staff member has treated us with kindness and patience. Vet care can be expensive when you're living on Social Security, so we were especially grateful for the senior discount they offer. It truly made a difference. Recently, we had to bring Beggar in for another emergency visit. Dr. Veronica gently explained that he had only weeks to live due to cancer. We were faced with the heartbreaking decision to let him go. Dr. Veronica and the staff were incredibly compassionate--no pressure, no rushing--just honest answers and support as we tried to understand what Beggar would go through if we took him home. About a week later, we received a card from them that was so thoughtful it brought us to tears all over again. You won't find a better veterinary team. We highly recommend them.

She is a shelter adoption that sheds to no end of the world. So, I stopped by the Kingman Petco and it was dark inside but the door was open. It was closed. A lady from the grooming salon came out to the floor and was very pleasant. Told her I wanted some type of better brush to groom my pup. She showed a number of brushed, but suggested bringing my dog for a professional bushing and bath. No problem, made the appointment. This was back in October/November 2020. My dog hardly sheds now and that is a great thing. Was vacuuming the house three times a week in the old days. I wish I could remember the lady's name. She is tall, young like late 20s and one of the most polite people you will ever meet. It cost a few bucks but she is my dog and do not mind spending if I get results and good services. If you have a pet issue like I did, then my suggestion is to visit this location and I think you will be pleased with the results.
