I read another review about a lady complaining about smelling smoke on her dogs. I have never smelled smoke on my dogs and I don't smoke. It is a home business and she has a great setup in her garage and everything is always kept neat and clean. She at first did as asked then she snuck with her back to me and went to use the clippers immediately my dog starts screaming she cut him pretty good took awhile to get the bleeding to stop then after she made 4 toes bleed my poor baby she didn't have change leaving me no choice but to leave her with a 11$ tip to cut nails is 5 bucks sheesh so 16$ to hurt my fur baby and make him bleed. I will not be returning for a 3rd chance I will find another pet place to get him groomed and his nails done last time was not much different except I did a anel gland and a 2 weeks later I had a vet visit my dog couldn't poop he was backed up his glands were full. So meaning they took him back for nothing acted like they did the glands and charged me for it and sent me on my way with no glads done and bloody feet. These people need to be shut down.
