Per Yelp and Google, this groomer provides daycare/boarding: A. They do not. B. Upon calling to ask this extremely simple question I was met with an unbelievable level of attitude and rudeness. "We do not nor have we ever" - CLICK. I would not give this establishment one penny. There is no reason to ever be this rude to a stranger and potential customer. DO NO RECOMMEND. read more

My pup has been going here for several years, I figure it is about time for a review. They are really great at handling the flow of animals in and out of the building. They have a newly remodeled self wash station for do-it-yourself baths. The place is clean, organized and well maintained. Pride of ownership is evident. I've been here a few times and although they aren't the friendliness of people they were nice to my puppy, even though I think they burned her with the grinder once. Their attitude is snotty and they act like I'm a bother. Well when I went in on 10-15-20 that was my last time I'll ever go back. Carol, one of the owners eventually greated me and said from across the back of the shop, "nail trim?" I answered back, "yes." She walked over to me and said, " well if I can do it myself." I stated that she had been there numerous times before and was fine with a nail trim. She took her and clipped her to the station. I was watching as always. Well my puppy was watching her do her back foot and on one nail, she kinda pulled back a bit. I asked Carol if she thinks that hurts the dogs and she said, " I sure hope not." Then immediately replied with, "IM NOT STUPID YA KNOW!!!!" Then promptly unclipped my baby and handed her to me saying, "she doesn't want me to do her." "HAVE A NICE DAY." My dog was fine, Carol just didn't want to do her nails. Why are you in business to treat animals and customers like this. I ignored when they were snotty to me cause I just moved her from Vegas and wasn't trying to make any enemies. Well I've been here over a year now and know other people and don't need this kind of treatment. I'll be taking my puppy and my business elsewhere. Back to Vegas if I have to. I took my puppy here to get her nails trimmed and the service their was horrible all around. They didn't seem like they wanted anything to do with me dog and they were very rough with her. Most of the nails weren't trimmed properly and one nail they went way too far and she bled for over an hour. I thought I needed to find a dog hospital. I'm never going back to this place. Right now I am pissed. My husband took our two little dogs to get nails clipped and just one a haircut. The only one that got shampooing and a haircut is rubbing against every single thing in the house scratching his body and his eyes won't stop watering and clouding. I can tell that he is in pain. I did the self serve dog wash with my two big dogs. Love that they had wide, solid steps to the tub. Soap was in a gallon jug with the cap off. A pump on the jug would be much easier. A one-handed dispenser would be much more so when needing to keep a grip on the panic stricken dog in the tub. On my fourth go around trying to dry my second dog for a second time, they offer a higher power dryer. That would have been nice 30 minutes ago. After, I found out that my DH cashed out for $21 when quoted $10 per dog. Really? Between the two of them, serenity now! read more

The staff needs to be more personable. They don't even speak to you, just grab the pet and go do what needs to be done.

I have brought my dogs here several times before for a full groom & was very satisfied. But Friday I brought my dogs in for a nail clip only. I was met with a much larger staff than previous. They were ALL Very rude not friendly & NOT Professional. I will never return to The Dog House ever again. Not sure what the new change is But beware, If they don't treat their customers right, What happens when you leave your pups??? I give them 0 stars read more

I took my dog there for a few years, they were given instructions not to ever trim his ears, but they cut them shorter and shorter every time! With instructions given on not to touch his ears again, was called for an emergency from the vet, his ear was almost cut in half. They did pay for it, but they never should have been near his ears. We no longer to there. Can you blame me? read more

This is the only place I take my fur babies. The prices are very reasonable, but more important to me is the way they treat my babies. They take the time to know what we want done as they always do a wonderful job. My Australian Shepard does not like the blow dryer, they know this and let him air dry. We know it takes more time but he is more comfortable and relaxed. I always recommend The Dog House to anyone looking for a great groomer. read more

I used the do-it-yourself section. The staff was most helpful, and they had aprons available, bless them. Then, when I managed to leave my dogs' halters in the washroom because my hands were full, they were very understanding. I will definitely be over there again. We have been taking our dogs to the Dog House for 20+ years. We had always been happy until the last time we went there. The grooming job was definitely sub standard, I think Carol had a trainee groom our dogs. We didn't say anything at the time we picked them up. When we were going to make the next appointment I called Carol to set a date and time and also to tell her we were unhappy with the last time they were groomed.
