My dogs love the wholehearted chicken with brown rice pate. I do order it via shipping. However if I need a couple extra cans, which does happen, our store in Kingman NEVER has any. It's very frustrating. It's the only petco within 100 miles. My dogs are picky and this causes a hugh problem for me. Why can't they order more? I'm at a loss. read more

So I just have to say what a complete change very uplifting to walk in here. Everyone's very nice and helpful. From the other times I've walked in it was depressing and employees seemed to busy to have customer service. The grooming department was always cheerful and great . Idk just nice to walk in. There was only one employee at the store and she was on her phone with her hair covering her name tag. We walked past her several times vocalizing needing an employee and she promptly disappeared. We didn't realize she was an employee until someone else getting fish was able to get her attention. After she bagged their fish, however, she disappeared again. People were at the register pressing the help button, there were 2 other people trying to get fish, and she had vanished completely. We finally left and walked down to the Petsmart, where we were able to find what we wanted (for cheaper) and with better customer service. If it was one employee and she was trying her best, we would have happily waited and given her a break, but she clearly didn't want to be there and didn't care. read more

So, I ordered a same day delivery order last night for today. At 11:45 on Sunday morning, I called the store to ask when my order would be ready. The guy proceeded to tell me that IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY to order from doordash even though I had placed the order through the app (finally found out that orders are delivered after 3, which he did not mention nor did the app). After stating that I would just pick up the order because I was not going to place a doordashorder for something I already paid for, the associate/manager hung up on me. I had to call customer service to get any answers and finally canceled my order. Called to report that an employee hung up on me to the general manager and she seemed like she could care less. Needless to say this company has lost a valued customer. Went to CAL-RANCH and found a better selection of what I was looking for, so I will be shopping there from now on! read more

Of all the petcos we've shopped at this is the only one we weren't told "welcome to petco" while entering store. Older lady just looked at us looking annoyed. The Store was clean. There was No staff on floor other than older non friendly lady. When we checked out she had no interest in our dog who was wagging tail and trying to get a pet. It was a Sunday morning and my dog and I were on the way home from another retail place. I stopped by to see about a new brush for my doggie. She is a shelter adoption that sheds to no end of the world. So, I stopped by the Kingman Petco and it was dark inside but the door was open. It was closed. A lady from the grooming salon came out to the floor and was very pleasant. Told her I wanted some type of better brush to groom my pup. She showed a number of brushed, but suggested bringing my dog for a professional bushing and bath. No problem, made the appointment. This was back in October/November 2020. My dog hardly sheds now and that is a great thing. Was vacuuming the house three times a week in the old days. I wish I could remember the lady's name. She is tall, young like late 20s and one of the most polite people you will ever meet. It cost a few bucks but she is my dog and do not mind spending if I get results and good services. If you want to drive a Ferrari you are going to pay big bucks for the pleasure. If you have a pet issue like I did, then my suggestion is to visit this location and I think you will be pleased with the results. read more

We've been taking our Lucie to Petco for almost two years. She gets a bath and nail trim every 6 weeks and she loves it. When we tell her it's time to see Tiffany or Taylor she gets very excited! She's a short haired dog so there is no styling involved but she always smell great and feels soft. read more

Tiffany did a great job! Our Bichonpoo was as happy as we were. She gets mats and tear stains and moves around too much for me to try to help her, and she was really good at the groomers. Will definitely continue to have her groomed with Tiffany. Thank you!! read more

I'm having trouble with Lieutenant Shinysides; my new peacock cichlid. I think he may not have gotten the love and encouragement he needs at Petco because he has no confidence and let all his color go away. He may need fish male enhancement pills like viagra or cialis and Im sure the staff at petco will be happy to assist my fish in getting his bump n grind on with my female peacock cichlids through the wonders of medication. The staff/regional are super cool and even printed up a fish list for me...so great service from that dude, rooming girl, Mary, etc. But yeah my fish kinda disappoints... read more

Usually have very good customer service, but not today. My dog had a little squirt accident on floor, I went to clean up station nothing there. Picked up several items to buy, went to cashier, and their was lady who had been there 5 minutes before. She said no one had even acknowledge she was there. I waited about 3 minutes, put my stuff down and went to Pet Smart a couple of stores down. The other lady in front of me, had her stuff on counter and just walked out to her car.
