Shop is very clean and doesn't knock you out with that 'nail shop' smell. I always wait for Andy. He's the manager and also provides the best service IMO. this shop doesn't charge extra for accent nails (the only upcharges are for Gel polish, nail art, and gems). This is a great 1 stop shop for waxing, nails, and toes. Andy always provides great service and small talk. They also have a loyalty program where every 6th service is $5 off and also take a percentage off if you pay cash. read more

Worst experience I've had in a nail shop. I won't say the nail tech name but I gave her three try's and she struck out every time! Sloppy polish work with bubbles, messy fill in with horrible gaps, and when I brought it to her attention she disregarded me as if it was my fault! If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff there only want your money and rush through their service with you - which reflects in the quality of work produced. This past Saturday (1/27), I came in for a polish change (regular - feet; gel - hands) for a gala that evening. It's around the corner from home and the closest nail salon to me. Compared to a salon in Cincinnati I visited two weeks prior, I knew that I wasn't getting my money's worth, as the man doing them was rushing through his time with me. Not only were the gel nails not fully painted (had to ask several time to fill in areas), but within 24 hours, the gel started lifting. Today (1/31), three of my nails are bare because I had to peel off what was lifting and getting caught in my hair and clothes. $50 (plus tax) down the drain. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! Convenience is not worth money wasted...Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! read more

I got a mani and pedi with gel polish. The manicure was fine, but the polish job was sloppy. It had bubbles in it, the polish wasn't smooth, and polish was on my cuticles. They had an old lady do my pedicure. She didn't snip my cuticles. I instructed her twice to cut my toe nails shorter. She wasn't going to cut them at all. She barely filed them. The manager did my polish which came off the next day after I showered. I went bavk up to the shop to get everything fixed and every nail tech in the shop said they couldn't fix it. They said only the tech who put my polish on could fix it. I left and called back and spoke with manager and he said he would fix it tomorrow and they open at 10am. I returned the next day at 10am and he wasn't in yet. I could see they were playing games and I wasn't going to keep burning up my time and gas to catch up with this guy.. read more

Listen, I will give any one a chance especially in a pinch like today. Let me tell you. If i could rate with 0 stars I would. The woman who did my nails talked on the phone (her personal bluetooth) for the first few minutes so i let it go- but then, when i tried to make small talk, i was completely ignored. Even if you look past the customer relations, the service was horrible on top of that! I told my tech VERY CLEARLY that i wanted my nails shorter and round. My nails are still square bc she REFUSED to shape them the way i asked. After leaving my nails the wrong way and telling me to come pay, she then proceeds to tell me i need my eyebrows waxed too. This is by far my favorite nail place. I haven't had a full set of acrylic/gel nails, but I have had gel manicures, and pedicures. First of all, if you're there to get a pedicure, they allow you to wait in the massage chairs and soak your feet instead of sitting in the chairs in the front of the lobby. The pedicures are truly an hour, and are awesome! They massage your feet, legs, and toes. Prior to painting your toes, they wrap your feet and legs in a warmed towel, which adds to the relaxation. Best part is.. you can allow your toes to dry while you sit in the massage chairs (which are new), or you can sit and have your toes under the drier if you're in a hurry. If you pay with cash, you get a discount. I have had services done in the mall, spas, and salons... this place is by far my favorite. As a side note, they do a great job for men's pedicures as well... I think they were excited to have a man have one done ;-) read more

Only nail shop open on Mother's Day and there was about a 10-15 minute wait. The price was okay $28 for full set plus $10 for my design tho I know lots of American places that don't charge so much extra for a simple design they weren't open so oh well!! And the lady did a wonderful job! I always have my full set here. And station #1 is the nicest. But for some reasons these one Skinny looking young girl at station 6 was rude to me and another black client because I asked if the nail polish was similar to what I had on my toes ( they did my toes pedicure 2 days prior) and she answered loud without even looking my way, with an attitude something like ..."u figure it out yourself maam dont ask me". This will be my last time here. Because 2 other girls who were there also complained about another girl there.. and also the other 2 the girls who complained were black but had an African accent like myself. My last visit was on 4/19/2016 to get a pedicure this is the result of it an infected toe! When I called to speak with Kelli the nail tech who did my pedi simply told me it was my fault because she removed an ingrown nail! Well it was not ingrown the day off also the instruments used are not sanitary which then causes these issues thereafter. No refund was offered either! I will not return ! Terrible experience. Went in with my 11 year old for a mother daughter day. When we walked in, several people were waiting. I stood at the front desk for several minutes completely unacknowledged, even when staff came up to ring someone else out. They'd just walk away without a word. Eventually a male staff asked what we needed. I stated we both want our nails done. He said it would be about an hour and instructed us to sign in. I did so and we waited, and waited, and waited. Two hours passed before we were ever acknowledged again. Several people who arrived after us were taken back for services before we were. I couldn't figure out the system they used for deciding who was next. As my daughter and I commented we were going to leave, that's when we were finally acknowledged so we went ahead and stayed. The woman would not engage in any small talk, the staff were taking amongst themselves and ignoring when my daughter or I would attempt to interact. The paint job was super sloppy, my kiddo got a word on her nails and the lady spelled it backwards, and later my kiddo told me the lady slapped her hand when she moved. We won't return. read more

Service gets rushed service provider TT is always on the phone trying to make other appointments while she's rushing you. My wife's gel polish never last two weeks and when she applies new gel the previous color is still visible. Pretty much the price versus the quality does not match at all. I am so shocked at the positive reviews for this place. I had them do a balance and replace three nails and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The three nails they replaced were so deformed and misshaped, I tried to have the tech fix the worst one and he acted like there was nothing wrong, it was like a rolling slanted mountain on my finger and the other two were flat on top. The tech put soooo much acrylic on that it was gooped all over my and under my nails he grinded the stuff off cut my cuticles and didn't trim any of my nails despite my request. Unless you are getting 4 inch nails with jewels and airbrush do not go here. read more

All they could say is that it was my fault I was to rough with them! Also that there are no refunds. Been here a couple of times. My nails started lifting really bad. They would break easily. They were really thick and uneven. Just left from there after being away for about six months and I had to wait in Coldwater for my pedicure for 40 minutes I finally just got up and walked out. Yesterday I came back here after having a bad experience here about 5 years ago, simply because it's close to my house. Never again. For one, while I understand English is not your first language, it is alienating and disrespectful to blatantly talk about your clientele to their faces and in a language they cannot understand at that. Pointing directly at your customer and yelling across the room because they cannot understand the question you are asking is just bad customer service. That combined with the fact that the tech I had rushed my balance and then a terrible uneven job of painting my nails and then OVER CHARGED ME after I paid cash and you have signs all over your salon stating that customer get 5% off for paying in cash? I'll be sure to let everyone in this neighborhood know they'd be wasting their time and money coming here. Today, I came back to ask them to fix it and they tried to make me wait for the same tech who messed up my nails in the first place to correct the issue. If I could give them negative stars I absolutely would. I had the worst nail experience of my life at this place. The guy rushed the job and the paint job was horrible. I had to ask him 3 times during the process to fix obvious mistakes like a slanted nail, and filing them down like I asked prior. And they still ended up terrible. When I told him I didn't like them because they were thick, boxy, and lumpy, he yelled at me 3 times. They charged me $69 and the mess peeled off 4 of my nails 2 days later. I went in to get the 4 nails repainted and the very next day I had another peeled, another chipped and the white tips were discolored on tips on all others. I called management and asked for a refund and he refused and said I was too hard on my nails and refund depend on what I do for living. I told him I sit at a desk all day so he hung up on me. I have never been treated so horribly by a so-called nail professional in my life and im a licensed nail tech! I originally went to nail tech Juan and his attention to detail and customer service was great...THE FIRST TIME. The second time, he was rude, brash and downright filthy. Picking his nose, telling me to "hurry up" and being overall very unprofessional. I brushed it off as a bad day. Today, 5/10/18 was the reason for my yelp WARNING: avoid this establishment all together! My first visit was in mid July on a Sunday. I had a sudden urge to get a full set. My friend recommended it only because she has been going since she was in high school & it was right around the corner from her house. We gotten there a hour & a half prior to closing. I would say it was pretty busy. We ended up being one of the last ones. My friend had gotten a mani & pedi which turned out really nice. I had the acrylic full set & pedi. My pedi was nice but my full set I feel like was rushed. I thought I liked it but after I left it just looked & felt bulky. I wanted the coffin shape & gotten something like it. There was even acrylic left underneath the nail that wasn't filed down. I know it was close to closing & that it was busy but still you want to leave the client satisfied. I ended up going back at least two times to get my nails smoothed. Still wasn't satisfied. I will definitely go back for a pedi. read more

This was the worst pedicure experience ever!!!! I went because I was leaving town and they were open on Sunday. This was my first visit and no one greeted me. My tech didn't speak to me my entire service but he talked NON STOP to the other tech when she wasn't on her cell phone. The doors were open and flies were everywhere. The tech trimmed my toenails but did not clean underneath or shape them. The male tech painted my toes and just left me at the pedicure chair and went to do someone's nails. He NEVER came back. The other tech finally came and sat me at the pedi dryer but again no one came back. 15 minutes later I decided to leave. They took my $30 and went back to doing nails.
